Very comfortable reclining seats. Not very crowded. Excellent alternative to Harkins. Only drawback for me was there was only one way out of the aisle and the people to my left got up 4 times during the movie causing me to repeatedly open and close the recliner.

I like how it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and the popcorn is yummy. But the seats. Don’t get me started on the seats! I wish our theater at home had such comfy seats. Being able to recline is a plus and there is plenty of room. This will be our go to theater when we’re in town.

Great theater! You cannot beat the price and comfy chairs! Be sure to get your tickets online or get there early, seating is very limited. Consider this theater a private showing.

VERY nice theater!! Electric reclining seats in every seat. First run movies, great concession area, competitive prices. Had an unexpectedly great time. Not just a movie theatre!! Might be me new primary theater.

Very nice and clean. Super comfy recliners. If yours doesn't work, just ask a worker and they will get it going for you. Really good popcorn and reasonable prices. Beautiful painted murals on the walls. We will be frequenting this theater while we are here for the winter.

Not happy 😢 I fully understand we all have wait awhile Power will be up soon. Then come out and say it's completely full. I had a group of 10 young teens I took All of them Bowling. Most of time their polite.

I love this place because they offer plenty of snacks, soft drinks, and coffee drinks. They recently put nice new seats that recline in all of their theaters. Though they only have one person bathrooms downstairs, they do have an elevator that takes you right up to the upstairs, multiple person, bathrooms as well as the arcade.

The atmosphere is great. You get the "back in the day" feeling standing outside. The inside is neat and very well kept. The addition of the star cafe' gives you a break from the regular movie theater eats. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The theaters themselves are comfortable, plush leather, king recliners are stock and very well spaced. The food is average, equal to the price. Over all, a good theater for the family to attend and enjoy. Arcade needs help.

Update! I think I originally wrote a 3 star review somewhere because the theater was dirty and outdated (but movies were affordable). We returned today--THESE THEATERS ARE GORGEOUS!!! Still cheaper than Harkins, but with reclining chairs!!! And so clean! Love the cafe too, more options than popcorn and soda. I'm never going to Harkins ever again!!!

Poor management and poor customer service. First time experience 4/1/2017. Bought our tickets online at 9am for an 8 o'clock showing. We get there early only to wait an extra 45 min because our movie didn't even begin previews until 8:45. When I talked to a manager she said that it was a "last minute" showing (bought these at 9am remember) so they had to manually change the movie over and this is what caused the 45 min delay. Then without prompting she completely walks away and leaves me to her employees who then give me more excuses on how she can't seem to do her job properly. I gave it 2 stars only because the theatre is very clean and the seats are reclinable and comfortable other than that I think I'll stick to harkins, which is unfortunate because we were so excited for this theatre. If the management would have handled the situation differently then we may have returned. Awesome facility but poor management I wouldn't recommend until management can learn what customer service is.

Nice, big reclining chairs. The only strange part is the issuing of tickets. Seems far too easy to just simply walk in and go into a theater. Because of the great feature to select your own seat, this slows down the purchasing timethere is often a line to buy tickets.

I love the remodel. The chairs are awesome. They recline all the way back. What I don't like is; them checking women's purses. It was just me. Im assuming that they check to make sure that no outside foods are being brought in. It really pissed me off. My small purse was already open, because I was placing my wallet back in it. I was still TOLD; "MAM I NEED TO CHECK YOUR PURSE". How stupid!
