We are so please with the car we purchased and the customer service we received at Firehouse Auto. We had been looking for weeks for the right car, and had been to several dealerships. We were impressed with the reviews Firehouse Auto had, and found a car on their website that was just what we were looking for, and decided to check it out. We weren't disappointed. Great value, excellent service quality. I picked up a Nissan Versa Note for my wife. The car was super clean with low mileage. This was a far better value than any car I had seen at any of the Big Lot dealerships. Amber was gracious and prepped the car for my long trek back to Reno. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Highly recommended! I recently purchased a silver Subaru Legacy 2016 at Firehouse Auto Sales in Springville. Amber helped me with great patience. It feels like a very honest family business, and people there are not pushy at all. Amber just let me test drive the cars I wanted and never attempted to talk me into doing anything. No tricky stuff at all! At the Firehouse, I didn't have the anxiety that I would feel at most car dealers. Actually, people there are very joyful to work with. I traded in my blue Dodge Journey, and a day later my cousin wanted to have the Journey. When I called, the Firehouse never gave me a hard time! They had already got all the paperwork ready when I went back to get the car. I would go again when it is time to replace my Subaru!

Great experience after having just been to a large dealership and dreaded continuing our search. There was no pushy sales tactic. We were able to look and test drive ourselves and come to a decision on our own. We purchased a '07 Honda Odyssey in great condition and are looking forward to lots of road trips in our new reliable family car. I told my husband I'd rather go to the dentist than shop for a replacement van for the one totaled by a deer. After a couple of disappointing stops at two large dealerships in the Salt Lake Valley, we drove down to Firehouse Auto. Cameron immediately set us at ease with his friendly, non- pushy personality. We looked at the one van that had been listed on line that we were interested in; test drove it; and felt that it was the right van. Cameron worked with us to get it close to the cost of our insurance settlement, and we drove away happy!!!!! Thank you, Firehouse Auto! We definitely recommend you to all looking for a used vehicle!!!!!

We had looked all over Utah county to find a nice commuter car with good gas mileage. Firehouse auto sales was the only place that had reasonable prices for great reliable cars, we found several cars on the lot that would have been great, they even allowed us to take our two favorites to our mechanic and they were both in great condition. We eventually decided on a 2014 Kia Forte, and it has been perfect! The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. A nice, stress-free place to go!

Found them when doing research and shopping for a new car. I can tell you that the reviews are accurate. No pressure sales, helpful and honest service, and last but not least great prices on great cars! Bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid today and am in love with it. I would highly recommend you give them a look if you are shopping for a new car!
