  Tim basically saved me from a huge disaster by defending me, for over a year, against a probation violation. It was serious because it was out of state, and involved multiple technical violations, as well as a new criminal charge. We had to appear every month in front of the Judge because of the pending case. Each time, Tim got a new date, and ask that I not be sentenced until the new case was taken care of. When the new case was dropped, we got the VOP dropped. Tim believed in me every step of the way. He's very accessible, always answers his phone, and all the judges and DAs know him and respect him, even though he's younger.

  Timothy Fiscella was well prepared, thorough, and very knowledgeable of the law, and how it played in my case. He was very conscientious to explain the process to me. In the end we came out victorious thanks to Mr. Fiscella. I will certainly retain his services again in the future.
