I am disgusted by this pet store. The puppies are kept in tiny cages and forced to lay on grate like flooring. I just stopped in today, and saw one tiny puppy trying to "feed" on another puppy in the cage. It's clear this puppy was taken from his mother too soon. Please do not support this store! Shut it down! There are hundreds of dogs on shelters in need of rescue. Adopt don't shop! Or go to a trust worthy breeder who treats their animals right.

Fetch is the best pet store in the area. Super clean, staff is very helpful and friendly & the dogs are very well taken care of & in great health. The pups are up to date on shots & they even offer payment plans. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new member of the family.
Ps- the best part is that they use the donations for a different shelter every month!report this review -

I purchased my English Mastiff from this location, and they went above and beyond with helping us with every question, and making sure we were able to take home the puppy we fell in love with. He has been the greatest addition to our family and I will never own another breed. I can't wait until I get another one, and I will be returning to this location.
All of the employees are so nice and they take excellent care of all their puppies.

Fetch is a great place to find your four legged family member! Staff is very friendly and the dogs are kept happy and clean! The best part is that the dollar you pay to play is donated to local non profit shelters!
Please don't let people who have no knowledge of this place fool you Fetch is awesome!!report this review -

I couldn't have asked for a better place to go to add to my family!! I was greeted by smiling faces and beautiful baby puppies. I had so many questions and Rebecca was so sweet and patient with me and helped me learn so much about my new pup. We have gone multiple times to play with the puppies and the employees are always super sweet. I am so happy I chose fetch when deciding on our new baby 💜

Fetch is one of the most well ran pet stores in the area. Fetch is a small, locally owned company with knowledgeable staff and much cleaner than others I've seen. I have purchased at least 3 of my dogs and my cat from them and they have all come home healthy and with guarantees on their health. They also have many different payment options to help you take home your fur-ever babies like puppy payment plans! Many of my friends and family have purchased from Fetch as well with great experiences. Top notch pet store.

Fetch is an AWESOME pet store for first time dog owners!!!! The workers are so nice and knowledgeable and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure that you get a happy and healthy puppy. I recently bought my morkie puppy Charlie from Fetch and I could not love him more. He came with all of his vaccinations up to date and problem free and I even received information about his parents from the breeder. I would definitely recommend buying a puppy from fetch!!!!!!!

Went in to look at a puppy yesterday and found a Australian Sheppard we liked and the employee helping us told us 3 different times that he was AKC certified and that we would get his paperwork in the mail. Purchased the dog for $1600 which is twice as much as an AKC certified Aussie normally goes for which I knew but he was too cute. So already they ripped us off on the price but that's fine. Called back today to get more info that I forgot and the lady I spoke with informed me he is NOT AKC certified and that he's ACA certified which makes home worse WAY LESS than if he was AKC certified. We were lied to and ripped off and now we might not even be able to get him registered at all. Complete rip off and wrong on their end. Called them and they basically said oops sorry and could care less about doing anything about it whether it be a big discount on price or anything. Don't trust them!!

Yesterday my very good friend had to put down her dog of fifteen years, so to brighten her spirits we decided to visit your store today. Being so close to the holiday season, we understand the stresses your employees are under. Unfortunately, one of them took it out on us when we asked to look at a new Bulldog puppy. Not only was she unhelpful, but she was extremely rude, telling us that we "have no business being here until after Christmas" since we simply wanted to look at one. After telling us this, she promptly stormed off, not even paying attention to the fact that we were considering getting another dog in the future here. Had she'd known the situation or not, it has definitely deterred us from ever coming back here again. I apologize that your heartless employee has caused you to lose business not only with us, but with the rest of our friends, families, and other members of the community.

I really don't understand what most people are complaining about at this location. I have had nothing but good experiences. Yes, the dogs do come from breeders and adoption programs are great but they've gotten costly (At least in N. Ky) and sometimes the dog is a couple of months old or has a mix that you aren't willing to take in. If you want a puppy, a pet store or breeder is about the only way to go. All dogs have gotten costly in general, however, we drove from N. Ky to this store because they have a check payment plan where you only put 25% down. (they do charge a $50 convenience fee for this).
The staff was wonderful and friendly. Every single associate working there helped us and engaged with us. When I liked one dog that was out of my budget, they lead us to some other options. My family has bought two previous dogs from Fetch and neither one has had significant problems. I was also very glad that they inoculate against kennel cough.
The staff knew what dogs had been out the most that day and seemed very knowledgable about the schedule of when the dogs are fed, played with, bathed, etc.
Yes, it's a pet store but if you're looking for a friendly pet store, I really can't say enough good things about this location.report this review -

Even though I love to see the puppies, the staff isn't very friendly. Dogs do not seem to be well taken care of. Will not be purchasing a dog from here!!

Payment Plans.
Wide Selection.
