Dr. Croy was just amazing with my little one she helped me to understand the problems that my little one is having great staff would respond this facility to anyone that loves there furry friends

The Staff at Faulkville Animal Hospital did it again. Top of the line service no one else can come close too. I have had health issues preventing me from getting my Genie to them to get her shots, Just as with my Pug who they cared for so much before he passed away. They came to me. Genie of course was herself not wanting to come to anyone. But they were able to get her without stress. Took care of her Just as if she was at the office. So all I can say if you have a pet who you are protective of as I am of mine. The staff at this place does CARE and do take care of your pet not just for the dollar but because they really do like their jobs. I can see that and I know the animals can feel it.

The staff is so friendly. They've been seeing my boy since he was a puppy and are always excited to see him. They've taken such great care of him and I will never take him anywhere else.

I went to this animal hospital because I was referred by a friend, however it is the worst animal hospital I've ever been to. The staff was very good with our dog, however we were in the waiting room for 45 minutes because of an emergency that came in before we arrived, but it would've been nice to know before we had already sat there for 30 minutes. Then we went in for the exam and everything we told them about our dog was basically ignored, they did not listen to one thing we said. Our dog's test results came back negative, yet they still prescribed her medicine for this issue. Needless to say, we went into the vet not knowing the issue with our dog and walked out knowing nothing. They gave her three different medications.because they don't know the issue, then got offended when I said we weren't purchasing them because they're cheaper through pets mart. Definitely won't be returning.

I have always received amazing care! If my fur babies needed immediate care, they were always worked into the schedule. Their prices are reasonable and their dedication and compassion are superb!

In November our dog was sick. I called her regular vet and they could not see her for 2 weeks. My son recommended Faulkville to me. I did not believe she would make it though the weekend much less 2 weeks. When I called Faulkville and explained her symptoms they got her in the same day. The doctor and staff were so good to us. They even sent us a condolence card with her foot print. They never met us but they went above and beyond at such a difficult time. They will always have our business. We now have 7 month old puppy and they are so good with her.

We have used Faulkville Animal Hospital for all our pets needs since shortly after they opened. We've always found the staff to be friendly and warm, eager to help, and truly love their patients! The doctors are very gentle and loving, well trained and provide excellent medical care. We have 7 dogs, all are rescues, so we have plenty of opportunities to interact. Our pets have had numerous surgeries, from simple spay to serious, intricate surgeries and biopsies, and many tests throughout the years. The fact that they offer after hours emergency care is huge for us, since we live approximately 25 miles from the emergency vet in Savannah. We highly recommend Faulkville Animal Hospital for all the needs of your pets, including livestock!

My pet Cooper has been going to Faulkville animal hospital for about 3 years now. He's five and I wish we would have found them sooner. The staff is friendly to you and your pet. The nurses go over and beyond to help and answer any questions or concerns. Copper was sick on a Thursday and I called and they called me right back, got me in and treated him with so much concern. Over the weekend I had to call the on call doctor and it just happened to be Cooper's doctor. He was very kind and helpful. He told me what to do and helped reassure me and by the next day Copper was feeling much better. I would refer anyone to Faulkville Animal Hospital. Me, my sister and my friend all use Faulkville Animal Hospital and we all love it.

Our cat BorrBorr broke a hind leg in an accident. Faulkville Animal Hospital got him in quick, went through the options, made time and got him in as soon as possible. BorrBorr needed an amputation. Well, that was one WK ago, Borr has been off pain meds for two days, has one more dose of antibiotics and is up and running around on 3 legs. He's not supposed to be up and running around, not till his stitches are out, that is another WK out. I am glad that he is trying his bounds, it shows how much and how fast he has recovered.
The staff is beyond awesome, caring and loving of the animals. Finally, for the amount of work and care put into Borr the cost was reasonable. Thanks to everyone at Faulkville Animal Hospitalresponse / report this review -

I have gone here for years. My wonderful Pug was taken care of so will here, and when he passed away they were there to help. Now I have only my cat which she doesn't like other people and she does Great here.
If you ever are unsure where to take your pets. DON'T BE UNSURE about this place, they care from the front desk back to the Doctors. Great Staff.response / report this review -

One of THE BEST vets I've ever had the pleasure to know and treat my dog. We recently had an emergency situation with a new rescue dog. Their emergency team was so caring and quickly worked to save my dog. The vet worked hard and took the time to understand what was going on with him and determine a proper diagnosis. I am so happy to have found them!! You will not be disappointed.
