Definitely needs an upgrade at all levels. Decor old, bowling lanes well kept and fun. Healthier eating options is a must

League bowling starts late numerous times due to slow preparation of Lanes. However, bowling Lanes are well maintained.

Very good family environment. Good for adult after hours. Bowling prices kind of high. Arcade is well priced.

Ms. Carolyn at the concession stand was nice, polite and most important knowledgeable. Wait time for a lane was faster than expected. Good times!

A lot of lanes and pretty much clean for the most part. Prices aren't bad. Are balls kept getting stuck which was a pain in the neck, but they were quick to fix the problem. They tend to have a lot of leads going on throughout the week, so my advice would be to call ahead and make sure there are lanes open.

Went with a family of 5 with several little children. Make sure to ask for the ramp and kiddie ball, but otherwise a good experience

If you don't mind the wait, the one size fits all finger holes or the watered down drinks from the bar, you can have a good night of fun with family and friends. Plus the have cosmic bowling from 10p-2a on Friday nights

Great facility as far as lanes and ball selection but staff a rude and not very helpful. Seems I was the problem just for being there. Waited twenty min for someone to get a ball unstuck on my lane. Bowled one game and moved on.

Been going here since I was a kid. Only thing I don't like about is I feel like it could be cleaner. Maybe shine the balls every so often.

We came by the bowling alley earlier during the day to scope out it's size, quality of balls, age of the technology, and price. The employee at the desk told us how much it would be per person for cosmic bowling including shoe rental that night. We came back with our family, and were charged the fee we were told earlier PLUS a fee for shoe rental and tax. After explaining to the shift leader what we were told earlier; multiple times, asking to see the manager, and pleading a case of the integrity (they should honor what was said and retrain their employees, etc.) and good business practice, 2/7 people were given the original rate.

Next we had to wait at least thirty min before a lane was available even though there were empty lanes throughout the floor. Also we requested two lanes since we had 7 people and that request was denied. When we finally were placed at a lane, it was over crowded while there were 4 empty lanes to the left of ours. Lastly, I was disappointed with the functioning of the electronic system used to control the pins, etc. It messed up by not recording pins knocked over, jumping out of time, and recording incorrect scores for players. We only had two hours to bowl, but we used about a quarter of our time trying to correct the score and reset pins. Very aggravating experience to say the least. Don't think I'll be revisiting this alley when I come back to GA.
