Horrible scheduling and horrible customer service as far as the staff be hind the check in counter. I have been coming here for over 10 years and in the last 6 it has become horrible.

I love Dr Kendra Williams. I have been coming here over 12 year's. The staff drops the ball sometimes but I love my Dr. She listens and communicate with you the way DR's use to do in the past before you became a chart and not a person.

PA Stogin misdiagnosed me and referred me to Dr. Munez which is a crock and liar. And didn't allow me to chose my own specialist but they. Also Dr. Williams was listed as my Primary Care Doctor but never met and they never even attempt to have her see me. They place really and truly SUCK.. I wouldn't refer a dead insect to theses crooks. The staff customer service SUCK as well. As soon as you sign your name to check in they begging for money. I really hope they close down or get a ENTIRE new staff.

Terrible service I can't even get in to see any doctors anymore the need more doctors!! And the ladies at the front desk are arrogant and rude your just another pay check to them that's all they care about I've been coming here since I was little and the place has grew into such trash you have to get on to them about referrals and calling them constantly for results I shouldn't have to tell someone how to do their job that's what they get paied for and ER care is just as bad as well for one there is no medical doctor on site while a nurse practitioner is there and they turned me down because a medical doctor has to be there such bs if you ask me everyone needs to change their attitudes some doctors are sweet but it's not worth it when you can go somewhere else get quicker treatment and not have to deal with constant bs the place is getting so crowded you can't even get to see your primary doctor anymore until like 4 weeks to a month later way to go family care for sucking

I have been with my daughter and her 3 kids many times and I was not happy, had to wait so long, the girls at the front desk are not nice they talk to each other to much. This time I took my grandchildren to the office, and it was good. A new girl, helped me very nice, and nice to the kids. I will go back ONLY to have her help us. I like Dr. Johnson slow but good.

Love Dr. Hamilton & Dr. Anna Chung. Most of the ladies at the front desk are nice. Today however, I was not treated well. I called a day ago to have a document faxed to me. The clerk did not tell me it would take 24 hours. It wasn't until I called again today to ask where the fax that I was told about the 24 hours for them to fax over a one page document (a Physical). I arrived to pick up the document and I was told oh ma'am we are closed. (THINKING REALLY:Just hand me my document and verify my driver's license). I was I received the dirtiest look. The attitude from this young lady was so rude. I would not be going through this if communication was better. Plus there are no hours on the door to tell you what time they open and close. Please do better! Other the poor customer service I receive from time to time I love this place!

The doctors office is fine I love the staff but the Lab work section is ridiculous, literally say there almost 3 hours just to get blood work done. This is ridiculous they should hire more staff on the lab side.

My doctor stated that if I don't schedule any appointments that I can't get a prescription refill it's not like it's any type of drugs it's birth control I have a 4 month old and I'm now pregnant again thanks a lot to my doctor and they have now closed off the kids side my 2year old is potty trained she had to use the RR she tried to get there as quickly as possible and was upset to find out that the kids bathroom is no longer there and I a rush not to soil her clothes she trip and fell injuring her knees I asked for the manager he never showed I also called he never called back they I am very disappointed in the service there I will be calling BBB AND THE NEWS STATIONS

Sheduled a visit seeking a primary care doctor. Told me it would be a week and to come in 30min early for new registration. The day before my visit. I received a conformation text to reminded me of my appointment, which I comfirmed. Before the end of that business day. Received a call that there was no available time for new patient registration and if I would have to reschedule Thanks but I will be going else where

I had an appointment at 9:15 got a call at 8:39 said my appointment had to be canceled because my doctor called out I had reschedule for that day came in to see a doctor about my skin breaking out he said "it looks eczema" gave me a shot of cortisone ,pills & a cream & was supposed to have a referral to see a dermatologist 2 days later my skin broke out worst broke out all over my body I had hives and there was no referral I had to call everyday to get it put in and here it is day 4 of me trying to get it put in! I Hate Family Care Partners But the staff was nice 😕
