The room was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. The most important thing to us in staying in any hotel or motel was the bed. To us, they all look great, absolute white, and safe. I did not have time to go to the pool, but the pool area was bright and well - maintained. The receptionists, the servers, and the stewardess were very helpful and amiable. We loved to have breakfast here, genuinely. It was pretty good, worth the price with a wide variety of choice: bread, bacon, sausage patties, egg, ham to oatmeal, cereal, yogurt in addition to all the traditional continental stuff. There were even several kinds of fresh fruit, not only banana or apple but also cantaloupe and honeydew. The taste was not too excellent but was not a wrong choice, too, to start a day with full energy. The high-quality coffee was daily made in the morning.

We stay here every year when we come to Seymour. I feel it is very much on par with all the others I've stayed at. Very friendly staff and fairly clean.

Easy parking with great interstate access. Plenty of close restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast was very good, hotel was well kept, rooms were clean.

Stayed 3 nights for business but my room and hotel were very clean. That is compliment to all the hard work the staff has to do. Shannon the housekeeper on floor #2 does an amazing job and is very friendly and professional..makes it an enjoyable experience when away from home.

Hotel is clean, staff is very welcoming and nice. Treadmills in the gym are quite worn and was a bit slippery. Try to get a room away from the highway as it can be a bit noisy.

Easy to locate from a moving vehicle, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Excellent service and friendly and polite staff. Could have more parking space for customers but excellent but excellent rating as usual.

Amazing. We showed up at 10:30 at night and managed to grab the last remaining room available (apparently there was some big event happening nearby, but we were just passing through) Rick was on night shift and I can not say enough good things about this man. He immediately started typing away as fast as he could so nobody else could take it and he locked it in. The beds were great, much softer and more comfortable than other hotel chains I have stayed at and the hotel itself is very nice. Rick was very helpful, kind and seems to love his job, he even helped us find a parking spot for our huge SUV with a U-Haul attached in an almost full parking lot. Great stay, would definitely recommend. If anyone from from management or corporate is reading this, Rick seriously deserves an outstanding customer service award.

Hotel is clean, internet is exceptional, staff has gone above expectations. Hot breakfast they put out a little early and give you an extra hour for check out. I usually stay at the hotel next door but it was booked and had to stay here. I believe I will start staying here when I visit.

All the employees were gracious and friendly. When asked where a good place to eat, they provided everything needed to find the restaruant. On the last morning we were to leave the hotel at 5 AM, so I was downstairs to meet my coworker who was driving around a quarter to the hour, To my surprise breakfast was out and absolutely great. When I approached the person at the front desk to tell him thank you he was very appreciative. I will definitely stay here again. The hotel was nice and clean
