This place has all of the charm and class of a motel 6- actually I would've preferred to stay THERE, at least I'd have saved money. They say they have an indoor pool they do, its just not available to use. Why have it??? Nor is the fitness center.. Why have it?? room shabby and small.. Coffee maker didn't workAM Staff rude.. Came for a quick spoonful of eggs and a sausage link.. as we walked up, they are carrying the tray away, and very rudely said that everything was closed they could've let us get quick a spoonful.. THEY WERE RIGHT THERE WITH IT! VERY RUDE! I would've rather gone to a cheap motel, cause at least one knows what they're getting this place makes you think you're getting a better quality stay, but don't be fooled its a lousy place in a lousy location, with a staff to match. Save your money

Very quiet hotel. Clean but a bit worn on the edges. Overall very nice. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable but the sheet was ill-fitting. No freezer in the room fridge, coffee maker and microwave worked well. Shower water pressure was good but water temperature was inconsistent - water ran cold briefly during showers a couple times.
Pool was small but adequate to splash in. Fitness center has an elliptical, a treadmill and a weight stack. Would have liked a stationary bicycle.
Free breakfast was good although they ran out of eggs at 9am our second day.
Overall, for the price, I was pleased with this hotel.response / report this review -

Not even worth 1 star. Hotel looks beautiful from the outside. Inside yet to be desired. Have to dial 0 to get someone to come to the front desk. Complimentary toiletries nope. Told they don't have any. Room door was open upon arrival. 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, lots of hair on bathroom floor. Shower curtain needed replaced. Carpet needed to be vacuumed. When you flushed the toliet you had to hold the handle down for a while. It felt & sounded like a rocket getting ready for take off. WON'T STAY AGAIN.

Booked 30 minutes before arriving and checking in, check in went quickly and front desk staff was very friendly. The door to our room wouldn't open we had to force it after several failed attempts. The trash can was left in the middle of the room. There is mold and hair in the shower, the sink and counter in the bathroom are full of hair and dust, last but definitely not least the toilet is filthy and doesn't flush.

The hotel has been pretty average. Check in was fast and simple, the parking situation is good. The breakfast buffet had the staples you'd expect, such as sausage and scrambled eggs, but was not amazing or impressive. The room had a cigarette smoke odor despite it being a non-smoking facility, which was not great and might be a problem to guests with breathing issues such as asthma.overall, the room was tidy, stocked with essentials such as soap and shampoo, and relatively clean. The staff cleaned everything up nicely during the day, as well.

This place is not worth the money charged per night. My room had the odor of old dirty cleaning water and it just looked outdated. I let the lid down on the toilet. Big mistake. The dirt and hair from previous guests were present. I was too tired to complain. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Bring your own cleaning wipes though to clean the dust off the tv remote. Front desk personnel is helpful but don't expect them to have business casual dress. They are pure tank top and rolled up blue jean shorts attire. If the rooms were cheaper. I wouldn't expect too much. But I do expect a clean toilet for $99/day.

There aren't many options in this area. You definitely get what you pay for. Other guests we traveled with had issues with towels being available. A handful of things in the room weren't in the best shape either (bathroom mirror falling apart, closet door was very loose, everytime someone on our floor left their room it shook our entire room).

The room we stayed in smelled musty and old. It made my children complain. The shower curtain had mildew or mold and what was once a cream color was a very ugly yellow stain. The pool had dead bufs floating in it and there were no pool towels available when we needed them. Breakfast was advertised as a hot buffet but only included imatation scrambled eggs and sausage links. Everything else would be consisted "continental breakfast" we were fooled when booking.. way over priced for what you get.

Though the hotel is located near shopping centers, restaurants, and a few attractions, my girlfriend and I have dealt with people who have not seemed willing to help us with anything. On our arrival we discovered that our room hadn't been cleaned and when we asked for extra towels for the new room we were told that we needed to find the house keepers and ask them for everything. To me it has seemed that none of the staff has wanted to try to do more than what the basics of their job require.

Service was very fast, easy and respectful. Rooms were clean and nice tv was pretty small. Pool was clean and heated but only felt lukewarm. Free breakfast in morning but wish hours for breakfast would run later.

Interior had the cabin look and facility looked clean overall. The staff was courteous, which was a great change of pace after staying in Indy area a few times. Stayed for one night and checked out early this weekend but would consider staying again.
