Wouldn't even give it one star given the option. No soap or toiletries in the room, water pressure and temperature were a joke, the room was not prepared for guests to stay in, we even had to remake the bed due to the sheets being on the bed sideways. Old and outdated, pictures posted are not what it looks like at all. Wish we would have gone to the Holiday Inn or anywhere else for that matter.

The room was not prepared. Had to go get soap and toiletries from the front desk, had to re-make the bed because the sheets were on wrong. And water pressure/temperature was less than desirable. Rooms are pretty outdated, not at all like the posted pictures on the website. For 10 bucks more go to the holiday inn.

Nice but needs care. The pool/hot tub is in need of repairs. Room were clean but smelled a bit funky.

Stopped here for the night on our way home for a visit. It turned out to be a perfect choice. From the check-in, to the comfort and cleanliness of the room, to the breakfast, everything was top notch! You won't be disappointed if you happen to choose this hotel. Thank you!

Room smelled a little musty. Toilet leaked and would have to refill intermittently throughout the night. Rest of stay was awesome. Breakfast was good . Room was clean.

Comfortable rooms, recently renovated from the looks. Access is a little difficult due to extensive road construction, and not many nearby options for food. But overall a good hotel to stay in the area.

This is our second time staying in this area for the Renaissance Festival, and this is by far the better hotel experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful with us for everything we needed. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were such a nice thing to have after spending all day in corsets walking around the Festival! The breakfast was actually really good! Something for everyone! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be here every year when we come for the Festival!
