Was not pleased at all. Upon check in they took my credit card for incidentals said they would be charging me 40.00 and we would get it back upon check out. Not only have I still not received my money back. They took 70.00 and told me there was nothing they could do. I will never stay at this hotel again

We stayed here during Hurricane Irma and it was a wonderful experience even through the circumstance. They allowed our pet in our room waived the pet fee. ALL of their staff was amazing and willing to help. We as a family will be going back soon. Our rooms were very cleaned and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone travel to Marianna Fl.

Wonderful hotel. They made special allowences for the evacuees of hurricane Irma traveling with their pets. They were a very welcoming and helpful. Had a great nights sleep and good hot breakfast in the morning.

Outstanding customer service! Great location in a quaint area with the friendliest people in Florida. We stayed here for several days and plan to visit again soon! The pictures on the website do not give this hotel justice. It's very well maintained, very comfortable beds and updated furniture. The front desk personnel go above & beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay!

Great Hotel! The only thing I would suggest is to have more non dairy/non meat options for breakfast. I was able to eat fruit & the oatmeal made with water. The room size & beds were good. Pretty clean, only a fee stray hairs in bathroom. Friendly staff. The lady that checked us in was nice, we did have to wait a few minutes for her to come to the desk twice.

I can honestly say I am someone who gives credit where credit is due. However, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism Fairfield provided for me and my wedding guests. I am originally from Marianna and was excited for all those traveling for the wedding to stay in my hometown. I would never put down my home town. This is the one exception. I was so embarrassed from all of the calls I received saying how their reservations were messed up or "lost". Originally, I called to make sure they had availability and to have some rooms held for those out of town guests. Everything seemed to check out okay. As we got closer, my father-in-law booked a hotel room. He called later to make sure everything was fine and they all of the sudden couldn't find his reservation. They went back and forth and he received little to no help. So I decided to drive and go to the hotel myself. Fortunately, there was a nice lady there who squared everything away for us and I felt much better. It is now a weeks before the wedding and my guests are saying they're not receiving the hotel discount we were promised and their rooms aren't correct. I had family DRIVE from Virginia and they were not given the discounted rate. I was furious. My bridesmaids had issues so, this time, with no patience left, I demanded they receive the discount like promised. I made it known, in a firm tone, that I was very disappointed and can't believe how awful this experience had been for us. Thankfully, that employee gave the discounted rate for the one room. Out of everything going on in a wedding, THIS was the ONLY difficult and horrendous part. The one thing that should've been the least of my worries. I will never recommend this to anyone again. The only good part was that rooms were available. I wonder why.

Very clean, super friendly, and huge breakfast variety. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast I've had, and it was kept clean throughout the entire morning. I highly recommend this hotel! Comfortable stay.

Very attentive desk clerk, super clean room, great breakfast. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. Excellent spur of the moment stay. Highly recommended.

Decent hotel for a quick night's sleep. Walking distance to several restaurants nearby, we chose Ruby Tuesday's. Visited nearby Florida Caverns State Park - awesome place to visit!!

Its very clean they are very friendly and try to do their best to make you feel at home. They serve breakfast and if you have any kind of issues or questions they're ready to give you an answer. The staff over all are great and sociable very friendly whether they are busy or not they'd take time out to say good morning good afternoon or good evening whatever the case is. It's a non-smoking Hotel, and I realized that they make sure that the rooms are clean. It's a quiet area beautiful countryside View and if you ask not to be bothered they make sure of it. The manager does his job to the fullest and the maids and the one that prepares breakfast in the morning they also make sure that everything is up to par.
