Hotel was understaffed during our stay, however we would stay again if we had to. Air conditioner leaked water all over the carpet within 10 feet of it. We ended up moving to another hotel 1 hour away but much newer without the issues.

We had some issues at this hotel from our stay last weekend. After completing our survey, the general manager emailed us from his home that evening. We were pleased that he cared about the hotel guests and the Marriott standard enough that our issues called for his immediate attention. He worked hard to accommodate us and check with staff on the issues that were reported. Thanks for rekindling the respect for the Marriot brand Mr. Lamonds.

Clean and affordable. The rooms are a little outdated. Staff is friendly. Near lots of restaurants you can walk to. Lots of parking.

We spent the night the people were really nice the room was super clean the price was a little pricey we would gladly spend another night hopefully on a week day so we could use our military discount because they don't give them on weekends will recomendy to family and friends

This hotel was pretty decent. It was a typical Fairfield with usual amenities. Location quite good, 20 minutes fro m Grandfather Mountain, and about 25 minutes to Sugar Mountain. There are a handful a good food locations close by, too.

Nice clean affordable hotel in Boone. Staff is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast as long as you don't mind the eggs being a bit runny (the one thing I can't do). Hot waffles, fresh fruit, quality yogurt and decent coffee (not Starbucks). The only thing is it's about time to remodel and refresh the rooms. Beds are comfortable and it's quiet every time I stay. Thanks!

Comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff. Heater was broken in pool and had no cereal my kids would eat for breakfast (they were out of fruit loops). If those are my biggest complaints from a hotel stay it was a good visit.

We stayed in room 308. It was clean and front desk staff was kind. The employees at breakfast were pleasant and worked hard to keep everything stocked on a busy Saturday morning. My only complaint is that the inside pool was freezing cold . I would recommend this hotel. Great price and location.

Great location right outside downtown Boone. Rooms are in good shape and comparable to other hotels in the price range. Staff has been exceptionally courteous. Nice that it has an indoor pool although.
