The biggest thing was only one of the elevators were functional. Breakfast was great and the room was nice I ended up on a pull out couch bed which dug into my back but the short pierod of time I was there didn't bother my back to much. The microwave didn't work very well for a normal sized popcorn bag besides costs and minor issues but my stay was overall a good one.
Clean room quiet hotel. Just normal stuff but no bad surprises. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was good.
Was not satisfied. I was helped by a women by the name of Kelli. She was very rude and unprofessional and had her boyfriend or husband behind the counter. Was very unprofessional. She made me wonder if I should come back. Should look into getting new staff it looks like in my opinion.
Great service. Really nice remodel. Nice quiet outskirts location. Weird check-in-parking set up.
We've stayed at this Fairfield Inn twice now, and once at a nearby competitor, dropping a student off at Taylor University over the weekend. Both times, the Fairfield Inn has proven to be of special quality. The service has always been friendly, the rooms clean, and the breakfast great. I would definitely recommend this hotel more than any others I've stayed at.
Had a nice one night stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Received a rewards upgrade and late check-out easily with the app. Staff was nice and room was reasonably comfortable. Only negatives were some minor mildew spots on the otherwise clean shower curtain and I thought it was strange that an employee was doing paperwork in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. It wasn't a problem and there was still adequate seating for guests. Will stay here again when the need arises.
The location is convenient enough but the rooms are *loud*. You can clearly hear people on the floors above and next to you and outside (as there are streets and parking lots in every direction around the building). The people at the desk are friendly but kind of misguided; I asked for a recommendation for dinner, my only requirement was that I'd like to have a nice beer with it. After explaining that no, IHOP doesn't serve beer, they sent me to a place in town. It sounded great, they said they had a variety of beers and good cheap pizza. It was a hole-in-the-wall college town bar, filled with kids barely 21. They had about 5 different things on the menu for dinner, my initial request.
This is not a 4 star as others have suggested. Two towels were recycled from previous occupant and never washed as they had cologne left on them. The baby crib I asked for was a worn out, torn and was a dirty pack-n-play, appearing to be hazardous and needing immediately replacedso my son had to sleep with me in the bed as I was unable to sleep the whole night due to children running through the halls and the constant heavy stepper that was a floor above me.
The hotel was well maintained and clean. I enjoyed my stay
The manager was very attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast area was satisfactory as well. In addition to the complementary breakfast there is an indoor pool open until midnight and also a 24 hour fitness room which is well equipped. I would definitely consider staying here again.
The room was great and beds were so comfortable as usual. The heat worked right away and was obviously well maintained. I had an awesome conversation with the third shift night desk clerk & everyone was genuinely kind. Best of all? A deal breaker The shower. Hot water fast, amazing pressure and did not get cold after 30 minutes :) We love it!
