No free breakfast but have big rooms and nice tvs

I like the courtyard chain. Nothing fancy about it, but nothing over the top either. This location gets 3 stars only because the rooms need renovation. It is clearly old. The staff and service, however, are superb. The location is perfect for my business trips. No complaints at all. The whole chain should invest in better technology - they still pass out poorly cut paper coupons for free breakfast. I hope they change that soon or they'll risk alienating the younger generation.

Nice place, but the bathtubs are hazardous to stand in while showering. They have a very narrow flat area down the center, with steep side area. We won't stay here again.

The hotel has an updated check in/bistro which is nice, but the gym is on the smaller side. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, but the layout is odd, with the TV to the side of the bed. There are plenty of power outlets throughout the room and near the bed.

Very clean, friendly staff, want very prepared for our wedding party despite advanced notice and reservations. The rooms are clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast is $5 with advanced purchase.

One of the best hotels in Kokomo. Most of the rooms are newly renovated and modern. The hotel staff was amazing but the room felt small. The cafe downstairs was nice but expensive and there was no complementary breakfast that I was aware of. TV and wifi were spotty at best as well. I still think the Hampton Inn down the road slightly edges this hotel out for the time being.

A Great 3 day stay, The staff is friendliest around! Clean Rooms, comfy beds, Saltwater pool felt amazing! And the fire pit area was really nice. Free happy hour beverages. I just wish you served continental breakfast.

Great location to stay in Kokomo. They try to make the rooms look really nice and the staff is very friendly. Had to work a third shift while here and they allowed me a late check out without charging me or any hassle. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.

Nice hotel good rooms decent staff. But they had some sort of kids birthday going on with kids running around till 4am and the pool area was almost inaccessible and when we finally did get in the pool it was pretty dirty. Then as a topper no Continental breakfast. Would have rather stayed at a cheaper hotel with no pool and free breakfast since the pool was a no go anyways.

Very nice welcomingpolite and well-mannered. Check-in went smoothlygot to the room quickly. Room was very clean but rather small. Comfortable bed and sitting chair. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. This is our #1 pick every time we return to our hometown.

Went thete for a 2 day work outing and they did a fantastic job with EVERYTHING! We all absolutely loved Penny, whom served us beverages! She was phenomenal and made everything more fun!

We stayed 2 nights here and were very impressed with everything. The staff was ready at our beckoned call. Rosie was the nicest person and accommodated our need for a desired room. The recent renovations made this hotel look brand new. Very clean and modern. Took advantage of the bistro which had excellent food. They made you feel like you never left home because they had all the amenities of home. The beds and pillows insured a great night sleep. So comfy. If we ever get back to Kokomo our gps will be set for this place. 5 ***** for sure! Stay here, you'll be glad you did.
