Brian, who has apparently worked at the store for years (amazingly) has absolutely no concept of customer service. While asking a question to a different employee about ordering books, he interrupted me with "Absolutely not". He then continued to talk over me as I tried to ask a different unrelated question. Pretty hard to believe that someone directing other employees in store is displaying such a brash way of answering questions for people. You know what really makes someone's day after emptying their bank account on textbooks? Rude customer service. Thanks a lot.
