Sales floor clean and very organized employees very helpful was there looking for a certain bike couldn't find it took me on a tour of the whole place Upstairs Downstairs back everything didn't have it in stock was in stock on line but their online inventory is not correct Fort Myers and Naples Share a web manager so Fort Myers inventory online is also not correct all in all not a bad experience

I have had lots of work to my heritage soft tail done at Naples Harley. I found the employees to be helpful and courteous, weather it was the sales department or the service department. They went out of their way to meet all my needs.

What a GREAT place. I'm visiting from the UK needed a bike fix and wanted to check out the Harley store at Naples, the place had a great selection and the staff really friendly and knowledgeable. Dan was a complete star running through the whole range with real passion and enthusiasm. I'm now sold on the brand! Thanks Dan great customer service, made the trip!

Very friendly staff, helpful and not aggressive. Answered my questions and offered more useful information, encouraging me to look at all options.
EDIT: Naples Harley-Davidson continues to impress me. They treat you like you are a family member. Everyone genuinely is happy to assist you from sales, service, parts to merchandise. Purchasing my bike with them has been a great experience. Speak to Eric Baughman if you are interested in getting a bike, but don't be surprised to find everyone assisting you in some fashion!

My experience here was amazing. They took care of me, and covered all bases. I want to point out specifically their customer service. Edgar Torrealba the service consultant really took care of me, and helped me when it came to what needed to be done to my sportster. Thank you Ed! Another employee I'd like to note who was a tremendous help to me on my first time visiting the Harley shop was Ken Goodwin. Whom was extremely helpful, and answered any question I threw at him. My experience was outstanding. Thank you all for getting my bike up and running again!

Finallya helpful parts guy. Being a hands-on person when it comes to my Sportster, I frequently have to order very specific parts to accomplish my vision. Usually this is quite a chore as the typical parts salesman doesn't seem to have a clue as to what I need and usually have to be perfectly researched before even going in. Donald Clark, however, has been very knowledgeable and helpful in locating very specific parts that don't end up having compatibility issues. I'd avoid going to a closer Harley dealership in order to deal with him instead. Highly recommend asking for Don if you want to get it right the first time.

Love this dealership! Always been fine folks to do business with. Especially the Parts department. They have the parts and accessories I want and need, which is great because who's got the time to wait. Especially when we want to be out there hitting the ol' dusty trails on our iron steeds! Am I right. Or am I right. Or am I right?! And if they don't have what I want and need -rarely ever happens- Don at the Parts counter always goes above and beyond making sure I get exactly what I'm looking for in a timely manner. I don't know how he does it the dude is pure magic! Best dealership EVER! PERIOD!
