The lobby is small with no amenities. The rooms are spacious but you know the beds usually suck and there's always life's living there. It's a bit gross sometimes.

Pros: The room was clean. The price was low (less than $50 a night). It had a microwave and a fridge. The washer and dryer on the lower level worked well. Front desk staff was polite.

Cons: The heater in my room died on the second night of my stay. The room did not contain pots, pans, plates, or flatware despite the hotel advertising itself as having a full kitchen. The hallways smell like marijuana. I overheard several long, passionate encounters from other rooms. It took quite a while to check out on my final morning due to the desk staff being quite slow.

This is a place to avoid at all costs. We had nothing but problems and I got no response when reporting it all to management.

There was urine in the toilet when we checked in, they wouldn't give us a different room, the staff was indifferent to flat out rude. I would sleep in my car before I'd stay here again.

The local staff doesn't care about guests and apparently the corporate office doesn't either.

The manager and front desk employee were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The layout of the recipe suite was nice. TV was kind if small and had a sound issue. Otherwise was a great stay.

My co-workers and I were staying in 29 rooms there for almost 2 months because of work. We had rooms that had roaches. Some of the rooms need updated because of dirt and filth. A lot of the rooms smell like smoke. Hallways smell like trash and weed. House keeping isn't the greatest. Front desk service isn't the greatest. Some of the people who live there had shady business running out of the rooms and had many of our car broke into or attempted.

GM is very kind but overall experience has been horrible. Noise from hallway and rooms around me is unbelievable. Here for business and need rest but couldnt..beds are uncomfortable too. Went to lobby to ask if they can do anything about the noise..guy at front desk in late hours Tuesday night's and Wednesday early early am is extremely rude. He yelled at me..excuse me! Don't recommend this place. Also no turn down service and I am staying 5 nights.

A lot of entitled people writing these reviews. A note to them: There are fully equipped kitchens, go buy some breakfast and cook it yourself, or eat cereal! There is a lot of shopping in the area. Go buy what you need! It's like apartment living. I say, " bring/buy what you need!"
For the money, this place definitely works.

General manager and some staff clones are rude and place has no real free breakfast as implies just coffee and one kind packaged muffin or energy bar if issue with unit and maintenance "person" has left for day and you have clogged toilet or leak that expect you to use plunger under sink and fix it your self or wait until next THE REAL scam is they will try to stick one in a handicap open shower unit bath room for wheel chair access and a hand sprayer if if not handicap need obviously to get rent income because most persons want regular tub and shower and when you ask to get normal room they try to belay and pretend no other room is available or convince you the walk in had shower is better hoping to frustrate you in time, but eventually give you another room knowing you get the scamming is BS THEY HAVE no computer center for use to check-in airline flight or print boarding pass like most any even low end hotel typically do Their laundry after wash still smells old/used and pillows are nothing to brag about It was obvious other staff felt bad and embarrassed/frustrated knowing the general manager had guidelines to be followed they felt were wrong. It may just be this particular hotel of the franchise It is clean I will give it that, but manager attitude sucks they due lots of business and seemed ritually booked because they are relatively cheap doesn't mean they hotel needs to treat or be stingy such it brands itself poorly. It was livable but limited appeal otherwise folding laundry at the front desk.

For starters, I booked a reservation 4 days in advance for a room with 2 beds. I get to the hotel and the front desk tells me they booked me 2 rooms instead since they didn't have a room with 2 beds available and just charged me for 1 room. I have a 4 year old and 12 week old baby with me. How does that help me?! They could have told me when I made the reservation, they didn't have a room with 2 beds available. Then the staff (not the guy at the front desk) was exceptionally rude. I asked a lady where my room was located and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I couldn't believe it. None of the staff even knew where my room was. The guy at the front desk tried to be helpful and polite so I gave 2 stars. Never staying here again.

Bed bugs!! I was bit at least 10 times. Rooms are updated but they dont keep it clean. Don't even look under bed. Hallways smell like Marijuana. Im in my 3rd room.

The toilet clogged after one flush and the bed did not have enough blankets. There was no garbage can in the roo, TV was small, and no clock in the room. Also, there was a metal stuck in one of the outlets- very dangerous.

quiet and serene location.Needed peace and quiet after a long day. Great and Helpful Staff, Manager Jayla Shelburn was always visible and helping out. They also give complimentary utensils to use at no charge.

This is a value for money.

I won't say its a great place to live, but for the money that we pay its worth. I staying in this hotel for 3 months. We get a little kitchen that helps us cook. Room service is OK.

Friendly staff, they help us when you reach out to them.

Breakfast is a simple Coffee, Oats, a fruit and some cake's.

I don't mind staying in this hotel again.

Remember you can't compare this hotel with Marriott or high range hotels.
