  A very nice place. Quiet place to stay. Front desk people are very courteous and extra helpful. No noise in hallways and no smells of smoke or weed. We also noticed no young people that looked Scarry or someone would be afraid of . So far a great place to stay. I am going to refer this place.

  They couldn't find my reservation I had to show them I had one. The room was ok. You had to ask for amenities. Tub had a constant drip. Had no maid service not even a knock at the door. Coffee was old at 9 am

  Kitchen was empty. Not even ice trays in the freezer. Room was very nice and clean.

  The staff is nice and professional the room is okay. The area is quiet and is close to shopping and restaurants. Everything works okay TV, bathroom, kitchen. All in all an decent hotel.

  Pretty on point. Could only recommend the plain oatmeal for the free complimentary breakfast. No room service knocks down a star, but other than that - enjoy your extended stay (no pun intended)!

  Dirty and filthy facility. White thrash receptionist. Rudest people I have met in the hospitality industry. Frankly feared for my safety when talking to these two woman. Terrible terrible people.

  Room was comfortable. Water pressure was a bit low. Easy access to the hotel. Good for business travelers, not great for kids.

  Worse hotel I have ever stayed in.
  
  I stay in a lot of hotels, and I'm not a fussy person. I only needed a place to lay down my head for the night, and I booked this hotel because it was a reasonable rate and I didn't need a hotel with a pool for one overnight. It was also very conveniently located to my aunt who I was visiting. Bonus.. it had a kitchenette! But there were no dishes in the room???? (you had to request to get them) and in the morning their "free breakfast" was a grab and go breakfast which consisted of packaged muffins and oatmeal (which you would need to request a bowl and spoon in order to eat it).
  
  No coffee maker in the room either, and when I asked if they had one I could use, I was told they could provide me with one, but that they didn't have any coffee packets. WHAT? When I went to fill up my coffee cup at 8:00 on a Sunday morning, the pot was empty, so I had to go back 10 minutes later to get my 4 oz. cup of coffee filled.
  
  The room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. But why book a room with a kitchenette when there is nothing you can do in it? And I have NEVER stayed in a room, no matter how cheap, that didn't have it's own 4 cup coffee maker at the very least.
  
  I will never stay here again.

  The room was very clean. The employees very sweet. Only bad thing is grab and go breakfast was a nature bar lol but not a big deal. Will definitely stay again

  Pros- Comfortable, has stove and refrigerator, excellent customer service, usually clean.
  Cons- If your stay is extended or live-in, be wary of leaving food around, Roaches are not that uncommon to see here. However they never usually come around. They don't have the best TV channels in the world but it will make due.

  I was a student staying there for over 6months. The Manager Mike wasn't a person you can tell about issues with the room.
  I stayed in 103, the fridge froze all my food, I told him but all he said was. "Try to turn the temp knob up and down to keep it from freezing" and said the company won't buy another one. The a/C -heater didn't work
  And the mold on the shower curtain was nasty.
