There’s so many things wrong with this hotel. First off, coming into the room I noticed there’s no kitchen set to cook in. Tried calling the front desk but the phone is so old you can’t read what to push. I had to use the elevator to ask the front desk for kitchen utensils then I had to carry them up the elevator to my room. Second, the kitchen utensils were half cleaned and there was no dish soap to clean them. Third, there was NOTHING in the bathroom to wash with except facial soap. The room had cigarette burns in the carpet, bed sheets had marks on them, and it takes 15-20 mins for the water to get hot. Worst experience. Won’t be spending my weekend getaways here again 💯

This place was terrible. I wish i can give it 0 stars. We saw about 6 rooms and none were cleaned. We ended up leaving and stayed at a Hyatt

    RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT!!!

My sister and I arrived with my son and niece. Our check in was the worst and humiliating experience I ever had at a hotel. The bed was sunk in. The toilet was rusty and had the look of feces. I called the front desk and told the rep..she kindly came up and laughed at the room and said, "We're gonna give you a new room". I thought everything was gonna be ok from there. I met with the "General Manager" to do new paperwork for our new room. THIS IS WHEN I WAS HUMILIATED. Ms.Tucker asked she speak with me? We walked to the side with my Autistic son and she says, "I have suspicion you're gonna have a party and we dont allow parties here". I thought she was saying I lied about the amount of people who were gonna stay. NOT AT ALL..SHE KEPT SAYING..YOU HAVE BAGS WITH YOU THAT MAKES ME BECOME SUSPICIOUS THAT THERE IS GOING TO BE A PARTY. I SAID I WOULD NEVER HAVE A PARTY AT THE EXTENDED STAY LOL. SHE SAID, "WELL PEOPLE DO IT". I almost felt the need I had to explain to her that we had a flood in my house that this is why we paid for a hotel. I felt HUMILIATED and Awkward. She told the nice rep to send my monies back to my card and cancelled my reservation. My son was crying triggered off a meltdown with him. I called Expedia and they found us a nice hotel across the street from them. "The Spring Hill Suites at the Marriot". We stayed four days instead of one and my family loved it. I recommend Spring Hill Suites at the Marriot.

The room was very spacious and clean, price was right in our price range. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and the breakfast left a lot to be desired

The service is outstanding, the hotel is beautiful and clean. Fantastic laundry room, dining and lounge area. Professional staff and Ms. Mary the GM will melt your heart. If your looking for a place just like home it is here they treat you so well and very detailed in making your stay comfortable.

After a long trip, went to the lobby for check in, the clerk took my ID, and then cheerfully handed me a cancellation notice for my reservation with no explanation whatsoever. I did, however make use of their nicely landscaped parking lot to sleep in my Prius. Those reclining seats are the best! Saved a bunch, just felt a bit scuzzy in the AM with no shower. My thought to anyone considering this hostal, have a back up plan!

I waited in the lobby for 40 min before i could check in with Kendall. The first room had the curtains torn down. I then spent another 20 min in the lobby waiting for Kendall (not her fault, she was working alone.) The 2nd room was far worse. Upon entering, I made my children wait with the suitcase by the door as I inspected the bed for bed bugs. Turning down the sheets, I found a white crusty matter on the green blanket. Taking the green blanket down to the lobby to visit Kendall again, she promptly apologized and called Brittney on the phone. Brittney told her to ask if I wanted a different room.
I decided I didn't want to see what was behind door number 3, and instead asked for fresh bedding.
I have yet to hear back from the GM

Ms. Mary at the front desk was phenomenal, she went out of her way to make you feel welcome! bldg has underground parking , which in Philadelphia weather is a blessing!

Parking is not the best. Key cards constantly need reprogramming. Rooms are big and clean. Polite employees.*Update* Key card issue seems to have been resolved. This one is definitely better than the one in King of PrussiaThat one has bugs and horrible employees. The employees here are extremely nice and helpful. Much improved in the 4 months since I've been here

Room was ok. Carpet could use some steam clean but as long as you don't sleep on the floor you're fine.
Totally disappointed on the way front desk employees do their job. When you ask for a late check out you'd expect no one to knock on your door before that time is up, but front desk doesn't communicate with the house keeping so they have no idea what is going on.
I had to stay here because room was booked by my company, but I wouldn't recommend you to stay here if you have a say on it. Enjoy your stayELSEWHERE!

I can't believe how dirty that place was. I had no choice but to stay there. It was 1230 am. My wife and grandchildren where so upset on how dirty it was. We left there at 530 am and checked in at the Marriott Hotel. What a big difference between them two it was like night and day. I won't tell my worst friend to stay there.

Fairly clean. Room showed a bit of wear but the rate was reasonable. At 2 AM though, just about anything is wonderful
