Terrible customer service, very unfriendly at the front desk. Thry had BED BUGS had to change room, wasn't willing to give money back or free room or credit or anything. Very lazy and unhelpful employees. Will never go there again or do i recommended to anyone

Booked a room for 2 weeks, but after 6 days we're checking out.
Car was burglarized, encountered several ROACHES (nasty), people hanging out in the rear of the parking lot smoking weed, small smelly room, had to re-program the room key 4 out of the 6 day stay! I WILL NEVER, put my wife and daughter through this again!
But most of the staff was hospitable. Never ever ever again!!!response / report this review -

I feel like this hotel doesn't deserve the bad rep it gets. Most of the bad reviews are from picky people nit picking at every small thing. I paid 150 for 2 nights so I wasn't expecting a luxury 5 star hotel but for the price i paid the place was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only con is have to point out is that there are some sketchy people hanging around at night but they never bothered us. The beds are a little small but overall we had a good stay

Where do I begin?? I'll keep this straight forward.
CONS:
Dirty looking floors, old furniture, TV remote didn't work and had to get a replacement, toilet didn't flush so I had to call that in too. Paint wasn't in the best shape either. Beds were harder than any other hotel I've stayed in (I travel a lot too). Oh and their 'grab and go continental breakfast' is literally just coffee, muffins, and the single bar packets of Nature Valley bars. Shower vent looked like it had never cleaned out either.
Biggest issue was found later on on our first night. We noticed the shower wouldn't drain so I called the front desk and, since it was late (probably 8pm) maintenance wasn't around so they said they'd look into it in the morning. Understandable seeing as it was late at night. Thinking that they had put it in their system they'd get to it in the morning Right? Wrong. We went about our business the following day and later that night we noticed it wasn't even looked at. Needless to say, we didn't stay all nights we originally booked.
Pros: they have friendly staff.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TOO ANYONE!!! PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY DUSTY SMELLY UNCLEANED AND NONLIVING CONDITION! ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL AND NOT LUXURY FOR THE PRICE OF 140 MORE LIKE 60$

Basic queen rooms are completely smaller than any other location and only have showers no actual tubs for babies/toddlers, also don’t have many channel options unlike the other location i used to work for. No drawers in the kitchen for utensils. Besides that everything was ok, i guess.

Broken lamp. Missing ironing board. Small rooms with old furniture. No counter in bathroom to place toiletry bag. Front desk won't answer phone calls. Side door wouldn't let us key in. At least I haven't seen any bugs yet. Breakfast bar consisted of regular coffee, oatmeal, granola bar, and prepackaged mini muffins. Not bottled water, fruit, or decaf coffee.

Customer service was amazing! Very sweet and eager to help! My problem was with the room itself. Room was small, lights flickered, floors were dirty, the bed sheets felt like they were not changed. As far as bathroom supplies they only provide hand soap. They mention that there is free grab and go breakfast and only a small coffee was available. Lastly, you can here people stomping above, below, and in the hallways.

Terrible experience. We stayed in there for only two nights then left. There were many insects in showerroom when we arrived. There was no hair dyer offered. The most unacceptable thing was they didn't even clean our room after a night! We went to the front deck for a reason but there's nobody there since they had got off early not even like a hotel. Its more like a motel. Anyway, disgusting experience, absolutely won't stay in hotel under this name again and dont recommend anyone to stay.

It's okay the room I am in now the bathroom sink goes down really slow and you have to stay in the shower for at least thirty minutes or more to get wet. The shower is horrible
