Nice hotel. The room service was the best I've ever tasted.

We we're here for husband's 50th Hugh school reunion. Had a newly remodeled room, which was beautiful! A bit difficult for applying makeup with the lighting in the bathroom, though. Room was small, but had everything you need, including plenty of charging outlets, plugs, safe, coffee service, iron and ironing board, which we used. Lovely grounds, nice little breakfast bar, but it wasn't open on the weekend. We appreciated the bar in the shower, and didn't use, but noticed the lifts for the pool and hot tub outside. I'm sure those are appreciated by those who need them, and I appreciate that it gives access to people who could not use those amenities otherwise. Kudos to Double Tree for that! That's BIG!

Good hotel. Reasonably priced. Good location with lots of dining options around the corner. Easy parking. Clean rooms with nice beds.

Great place for families and friends. Nice pool, good restaurant, staff is amazing. Near everything, mall across street. Plenty of places to eat that are really close by you can walk to. Beach not to far away.

Great place but the pool was dirty it had some white filmy stuff floating in the entrance of the pool so we dove into the deep end to avoid it. The suites are nice and roomy. They give you chocolate chip cookies when you check in.

This place shows signs of wear and tear. Upper levels are being renovated and may be done in 2018. Lower level rooms are currently at two star motel level. Do not expect too much from the room. Location is nice. Staff service is mixedm

Decided to do our family stay-cation her. Pretty decent for being one of their older locations. We could tell from the outdated fridge and the tub in the bathroom. But, hey, they still work so no problem. Apart from that, everything else is good. (They are currently remodeling.) Staff are friendly, amenities are okay, and the cookies.a MUST!!! Just ask for them at the Front Desk. Location is kept nice looking with simple yet elegant. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and fresh throughout our stay. The plus is this location is that it's close to the Del Amo Mall and in the same plaza as restaurant row so you have quick access to go shopping and dining.

We had a very poor experience. For the price, I am sure you can find somewhere better. This place has an unpleasant odor in the halls and rooms. The rooms are rather small, and the bed quality horrible. Another reviewer said they are in the process of remodelling rooms; they should adjust the rate in the meantime. I've stayed at a nicer Motel 6!

Nice room. Was told it overlooked the pool which was somewhat true Couldn't see the pool because the roof for the first floor extended out. Room was pretty nice although small.

Front desk service was unfortunate from the moment we checked in but we felt stuck to have to stay because, apparently it was the only room left. I said we'd go somewhere else, it wasn't a problem for us if the room available was near a high trafficked area like a fitness centre - we prefer to sleep. The front desk guy said it's close but we should be fine since it closes at 10pm.

It turned out that the room was right next to the gym AND the pool. At 11pm we started hearing loud voices, laughs, and banging from the room next door - the gym! Guests were running on the treadmills. We called the front desk letting them know and we were told, by another front desk person, that the gym is actually available for 24 hours.

Not being upfront and keeping us stuck is what made the experience the worst. They would not check us out and offer a refund even though it was the first front desk guy that mislead us from the beginning. Not impressed Hilton!

I went for the second session Easter brunch with my family. The food was the same as last year I think. I couldn't find anything new. My favorite was the lasagna. Service is good and they even had an Easter bunny walking around with candy. The live music is very nice and a good variety.

Parking is easy. Enjoyed local beer on tap (Smog City). Bartender was friendly. Come here every year for an event. Nothing really changes. Meal is always caprese salad, chicken, potatoes, veggies, cheesecake, and nothing special about it. But, the after dinner coffee is tasty. Staff is always efficient.
