Hair on the towels and had to have them bring new sets, drains barely drained and barely had any hot water. They did comp one of my days but I don't like cold showers whatsoever.

The room was ok except there was no hot water! Contacted the manager and she took us to four other rooms and still no hot water. So if you like taking cold baths and showers this is the place for you if not go somewhere else! There were also cockroaches in the bathroom!

STAY AWAY!!! This place is DISGUSTING! Upon arriving the place was busy with people staggering around hopping room to room. Looked like party central. Very limited parking with 1 elevator that was filthy with alcohol spilled everywhere. Abandoned shoes in the ashtray next to the elevator door. I should have left right then and there! Front desk attendant was on phone telling another guest to quiet down due to complaints. The first room (non-smoking) I was assigned looked like a CRIME SCENE and wreaked of cigarettes with heavy air freshener to cover it up. As you can see in the photos there was BLOOD and other stains on mattress cover. NASTY!!! The other room I was moved to looks like the floors have never been clean and my shoes were sticking to the linoleum. The bathroom smelled like a urinal and pubic hairs were all over the toilet which looked like it hasn't been scrubbed in ages. I'm afraid to lay my head on the pillows or take my shoes off. As I am writing this review there is someone a few doors down pounding relentlessly on another room for the last 20minutes. Very loud traffic noise as well. If I hadn't been on the road for 13 hours and just needed rest, there is NO WAY I would stay another minute here. But since it is almost midnight now, I will be cancelling the rest of my stay/reservation and move to another hotel.

Got a GREAT deal on our room! Booked on the road a couple hours out, and got WAY BETTER than what we were expecting for what we paid! Our only "complaint" was the odd smell when we walked into our room, you could tell it either used to be a smoking room, or at the very least the last occupant had smoked in it, nothing catastrophic. Extended Stays will definitely be on our radar for future hotel stays!

This was a less than awesome stay. Extended places suffer from a constant use, less than constant maintenance problems which will always have to be taken into account. The walls were thin and there was no shielding from the dude above marching back and forth from noon to ten am. But the room was clean, and the housekeeping was on point

Well, the rooms face outward, which I not a fan of. The room itself was fine. Beds were comfy and the room seemed clean. Checkin took longer than typical but everything else was fine. This town has a lot of loud vehicles driving by the road this lodging is on. The outward facing rooms does not help avoid the noise.

I stayed here 5 days and I initiated the problems with the room the first morning to the front desk.
-Shower is not draining
-A/C is acting up
No one took care of it and no one follow up on it.

Like many other people have stated, this hotel doesn't even deserve a star. To start off, the second you walk into the room you are hit with strong essence of musk and filth. As you look around, its noticeable that the room wasn't prepared properly and most of the kitchen appliances are coated in yellow stains along with a dirty counter top to go along with it. The stains in the carpet aren't too bad but i wouldn't recommend walking around bare footed, unless you have the insurance to go to the podiatrist for whatever disease your foot manages to get. If you plan on taking a shower, you're better off having someone hose you down with a rusty garden hose as the hose will have more pressure and warmer water than the shower does. Plus every time you get sprayed down with the hose, you won't have a constant visual eye sore from the hair that's stuck in the shower drain from previous guests. Seeing how it is 2017 and about 99% of the population in the United States have cell phones and/or laptops, the Wi-Fi speed at the hotel is slow enough to make you believe it's so close to non-existent or that you are in Amish country. With the Wi-Fi speed sitting at a whopping 0.03 mbps = 30 kbps (even though they advertise 2.4mbps), your average dial up internet speed is 50-60 kbps, yes your Wi-Fi speed is mathematically slower than dial up. If you thought waiting at the DMV was hell on earth, you have not experienced true misery and despair until you've stayed here. On the plus side, there is a full fridge, 4 stove heads and an oven. But be careful, the stove/oven knobs do not have any indicators/numbers on it so you never know what temperature your heat is at nor if its even off. so don't start a fire because I doubt they will cover it. I hope our Heavenly Father blesses you with the mightiest of prayers if you are forced to stay here.

The room.far surpases the others I have stayed at I Durham, NC. The staff is very friendly and helpful.They assisted me with the little things I needed, including things like dish soap which was one my complaints about the other hotels.. I was also glad to see that the microwave wave wasl lower, as was the closet rods and the towels are not closer to the toliet and above the grab handle. So far the only downfalls are: I was assured I had a walk in shower and I was given a tub and after 1 shower the towels stayed damp all day and.the bathroom smelled like mildew.

This place does not even deserve a star! Nasty as hell! Currently staying here unfortunately. Will not be returning! My first room door was practically off the hinges, dirty cup still in room, and blood on to cover. Then they give me a second room and when I pulled back the sheets there were numerous hairs and other trash. I unfortunately for some more sheets and put on the bed and slept anyway because I was just getting off work after a long nights work. I am a traveler for a company for the hospital here. I will just have to pay for a higher better 4+ stars hotel. Maybe it will be better but I don't know. Just nasty here! Please don't waste your time.

This location is very convenient, right off a major thoroughfare. Room is clean with a full refrigerator, microwave and 2 stove eyes. Nice strong shower pressure with hot water. The heating unit works superbly in this cold weather. Check-in area looks a bit old and small for the property but staff was very nice. Plenty of parking spaces.
