With no prior bookings, they were very accommodating and we got a good, clean room! I liked the lady at reception, she was very sweet.

The elevator was broke and my room was on the 3rd floor. During check-in the front desk agent didn't mention it was broke. Being that I told him I had 3 small children that were sleep. Would have been useful information and I would've gone else where. The hallways were dirty. There was a beer can (corona) on the stairs in the hallway. My 4 year old tried to pick it up. The hallway also smelled really bad. The room was also an old disaster. The room smelled bad and so did the linen. I asked for more linen and I was told by the front desk I would have to come down and get it. There were black stains on the new linen I went downstairs to go get. The sheets were hard and smelled bad. I used my sheets and blankets. The toilet had scratches or it was carved so when sitting on it I was scratched. This was the worst hotel. I've stayed in 3 different hotels over a month.

Only stayed for one night to be close to a family event. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I don't know when the place was built or if it was updated recently, but it was in good shape and not dated looking. We slept comfortably and felt safe.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. The room came with a small kitchen which was nice to see. The grab and go breakfast was very limited (granola bars or muffins), however, the price was overall very fair.

Got a room for 2 nights on hotwire for a really good price. The room itself was fine, a little dated, but serviceable. Our real issue was with their seemingly bizarre policies about room amenities. The is a kitchenette in the room , but nothing in it, no cups, plates, glasses, coffeemaker, etc. The first night we got pizza and were told we had to order the plates from the front desk and they would be up later. Housekeeping does not come daily which is not a big deal, but would have been nice to know. I went to ask for fresh towels the second night and cold only exchange the dirty ones. It seems like they have a real issues with guests stealing things. It just made the whole place seem really ghetto.

Great place. Excellent rooms with kitchen. Fair priced and great value. Accommodating, friendly and polite staff. Allowed us an early check in and late check out. Very nice experience. Will definitely stay again.

When we checked in, the desk clerk was efficient and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable! Having the kitchen is a definite bonus. The elevator and hallways smelled of smoke, but the room was fresh. Overall, a nice experience.

Extremely friendly staff. Slept all night. No problems. Loved the coffee to-go cups with lids. Some snacks to take with you for breakfast. Would stay there again. No sign of bed bugs. Pulled up the sheets and checked the mattress pretty thoroughly.
