Friendly and knowledgeable staff in a family friendly atmosphere. Not just bikes but scooters and skateboards as well. I enjoyed my visit and am enjoying my bike!

Found the biking supplies (food pouches, electrolyte mix, laces, goo) I needed, and very friendly and helpful staff. Great local place to shop, and not too far from the Hartford soccer complex.

I've been a customer for 20 years. Excellent timely service, from fixing a flat to re-building my beloved 35 year old Motobecane. Sells what fits the customer's needs, not what is in stock and isn't moving.

Always ready to lend a helping hand, whether a simple tune up or major malfunction. Usually in and out with my bike in mere minutes for the quick fixes helpful, local and know their sxxxx (stuff).

These guys did, what can only be explained as a miracle for me. I was run over by an SUV summer of 2015 and my bike was what I thought to be totaled. They managed to replace grips, bend back the frame, re-tire, and tune up everything back to perfectly working order! It's a 15+ year old bike that my dad had before me, so they recovered something that had some serious sentimental value. I have pictures for proof!
