About a year ago my mom and step-dad got robbed at gun point. Nothing ever came about it and when they went in to get the police report, the woman behind the counter was very rude and impersonal, treating them like they were the ones that deserved it because of where they were and what they were doing. I didn't think that you could get treated like that from the police. Hopefully we don't have to deal with that office again.

A big, huge shout out to Officer Tyshynsky for his help with our college student's towed car. Being 900 miles away made the situation even more frustrating but he was an officer and a gentleman! Don't know what we would have done without your help. Our daughter learned many lessons yesterday. You're the best!! Thank you so much.
