Very nice counter service people. Excellent customer service. They've sewn on buttons and restitched hems at no charge. May be slightly more expensive, but worth it in the great care.
My work incurs quite some mess on my work khakis, and these folks not only spiffed them up, but tacked up my broken hem. My elderly dog also had an accident on my huge down comforter, and they walked me through how to take care of it myself. Excellent customer service, great location to grab some chow or shop while there, and all around friendly. I also learned for the same price they'll do jeans and other pants so I will certainly be back. Good luck getting in and out just getting your clothes well done with all the different restaurants cooking nearby. The only downside is I had to end up getting some food because it all smelled too good hahaha
I just called there to inquire about getting my wedding dress cleaned. The woman I spoke too sounded soo disinterested and rude. Will not be spending my money there.
Brought a $1500 coat in to be drycleaned and got it back completely destroyed with water stains and down completely discombulated. Overpriced and poor service. Woman at the counter has always been rude, Ill never go back.
These cleaners destroyed my 100% wool pants and are refusing to take responsibility.
I got my pants hemmed here, but it wasn't the correct length when I got them back. They wanted to charge me again (another $15!!) to fix it. I used get my dry cleaning done here, but I'll be taking all of my future business somewhere else. Thanks for the great customer service.
Ridiculous prices for tailoring. The lady tried to charge me $42 to tailor a shirt. $21 to take it in and $21 to shorten the sleeves. Quality of dry cleaning is good but their prices are brutal.
