Luis did an incredible job cleaning multiple areas of my house especially my green couch that I spilled wine on and then made it worse trying to clean myself. I figured he would never get it clean but it's as good as new! He also cleaned and conditioned my leather couch which looks fabulous! He is reliable and professional and a good person as well. I highly recommend him!

I was visiting my sister in Manhattan and I ended up spilling chocolate milk on her shag rug. I called B-Y Rug Cleaning of Manhattan NYC to take a look. They were able to pick up the rug the same day and they also told me they can rush the delivery because we needed the rug back as soon as possible. We got the rug back in 4 days and it looked amazing. It smelled very nice and the stain is gone. Thank you B-Y for the great job you did. I really think they are the best area rug cleaning company in the whole Manhattan NYC area!

B-Y Rug cleaning of Manhattan NYC cleaned an Oriental area rug for me not too long ago and I must say they are the best Oriental area rug cleaning company in the Manhattan NYC area. They cleaned my Oriental area rug, replace the fringes and redid the binding, and also repaired the backing on it. My wife is beyond happy and I must admit I am impressed too. I had this rug cleaned by other companies in the past and the job was never done the right way. I have an Oriental rug which is a present from my husband. He bought it for me while we were on a honeymoon in Turkey. I am sure you can imagine the value of it both sentimental and money wise. I have had it for a little of 16 years now but unfortunately my dog decided to use it as a potty pad. I called B-Y Rug Cleaning to come out and see if they can help me. They came out the same day and I was very impressed with the technician. I told him what the rug meant to me and that it is very expensive and he explained the process that will get me the best results step by step. When I received my rug it looked better than new. They used an enzyme based solution on it to remove the stains and the smell and I must admit they did a great job. The colors on the rug look so bright now and the fibers are so soft not like before hard and brittle. I definitely recommend the services of B-Y Rug Cleaning to anyone living in Manhattan. They are the best local oriental carpet cleaning company in the Manhattan area.

I'm so happy I found this cleaning company. They are amazing - incredibly honest and thoughtful they go above and beyond to explain the details and their rates are very affordable compared to other companies. I found B&Y after looking for a good rug cleaner in Manhattan. I saw some very positive reviews so I gave them a call. When I spoke with them over the phone, they were very knowledgeable and I scheduled an appointment for them to come over.
When the time came they arrived on time and picked up my rug for a very good price. A week later they returned the rug and not only were the pet stains gone, but my rug looked so much better with all the dirt and dust gone. Before the reds looked dull but now they look much brighter. Their cleaning exceeded my expectations and I am very happy customer who will use them again. I am still amazed every time I come home and see the absolutely amazing job B &Y Rug Cleaning have provided. I have a very large area rug in my living room that is a family heirloom. It has past through more homes in my family then I can count! so as it came to me; I was excited to have a bit of family history but concerned for the look of my home as well. I called B&Y to clean my oriental rug. It's a family heirloom and I wanted to make sure it was handled properly. The B&Y technician that came to my home was not only friendly but knowledgeable as well. He knew exactly what was best for my rug. When they delivered my rug they even placed for me! The rug smells great and the colors look vibrant again. I'll definitely be using them in the future!
