My fiancé and I worked directly with April who was our buyers agent. This was our first time purchasing a home and she was so very helpful. She guided us throughout the process of looking for the right home and the process of purchasing our first home. We loved how direct she was, she didn’t push homes on us. She listened to what was important to us and helped us see things that we would have never think about.

I will start by saying I have a feeling this doesn’t apply to all of team Treacy but working with Daniel was a nightmare. I was excited as a first time homebuyer so I am quite disappointed to say the least considering Daniel took all the joy and excitement in looking for a home out of the process and reminded me that it was just about my dollar and not about me or the experience. No recommendations were ever made to me based on my provided criteria, I was told to “change the search criteria and find the houses myself” in addition I was forcefully told that a house that’s been sitting on the market for over 400 days “was a great investment” and that I “can’t be picky in this market.” Sure, im sensible enough to understand that it’s a sellers market, but trying to convince me that a house that is overpriced with lighting fixtures falling off the wall and exposed pipes is a good investment when you didn’t even come with me to the showing or see the house? Come on. I was initially not going to post anything, but the way I was treated is enough to warn others that if you are looking to be excited about your home buying process and would like to be treated with integrity and respect…don’t come here.

Team Treacy is the absolute best real estate team out there! Our experience started with Mackenzie and April, they were able to get me and my fiancé into seeing the houses we really wanted to see on our schedule and help us find our dream home! Once we decided to make an offer April and her assistant Tiffany make the process extremely smooth. The whole Treacy team went above and beyond for me and my fiancé which was extremely comforting during our first time home buying process. They were always on top of everything and made sure we were never left in the dark explaining the ins and outs of all that needed to be done so we could really learn along side and feel connected to the experience. We couldn’t have thanked them enough and felt truly best to work with the best in the industry. 5 starts doesn’t begin to do them justice!!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and we have heard some horror stories about what the home buying process would be like. April was working wonderful! She helped make the process easy, she kept us up to date throughout the process, and really helped settle our nerves. We were moving from Seattle to Vancouver and April went above and beyond to help us schedule many viewings in the short time window we had during a visit. I highly recommend using Team Treacy!
