  Great staff. Plenty of food available at meals. I don't believe any one person could eat a complete meal with the entree, sides, soup or salad, bread, beverage and desert. Currently doing some renovations, new flooring, some furniture, and some paint. Really trying to continue making it an enjoyable place to live. Lot of activities and friendly residents. I've enjoyed my 1st year there.

  Hi,
  I haven't seen much change with the new management but I live 2 hours away and only get to mom @1x a month.
  She lives in duplex unit. (Cottage)
  She hasn't had too much to report besides the grounds continually looking unkept.
  Her roof finally got cleaned up after 2.5 years of asking. Thanks new Staff!
  The grounds need color and landscaping if it is to compete with other places. Iris place always looked "cold" and remains that way.
  There are a couple center building staff members that go out of their way to help my mom so it makes me feel good that if it were a real emergency she could at least get in touch with somebody who would know what to do.

  Several upgrades needed. Among these are a second passenger elevator. The elevator is a needed back up for second and third floor residents. Community bathrooms need and upgrade. Staff is wonderful and grounds are kept beautifully.

  My Mother lives at TerraBella for several years. She has made a lot of new friends. The floor plans are great staff is always helpful. Very friendly family atmosphere, lots of activities and entertainment.
