If 10 were the best rating, I'd give Rick & company an 11.
I'm in WY; my dad died, mom got diagnosed with cancer & I had their winter home in San Juan TX to sell. After an internet search I contacted Rick. He said he didn't usually do trailers (this one in a retirement community) but would do my sale for dad (dad was a Korean vet). I flew to TX & had 3 days to wrap everything up. Rick was there day 1, did all the leg work, provided any other help i needed. I signed all paperwork & the trailer was put on the market at a higher than appraised price. An hour after I got off the plane, Rick called & said he had a full price offer. Again he took care of everything to complete the sale. If you want an honest, dedicated, driven realtor; Rick Allen & Co are the best.

Rick is very knowledgeable about real estate and very tenacious about getting deals done. Back in 2019, I tried to get a 4-plex with my VA loan and so many people along the way said it couldn't be done, and then we ran into problems with the property due to previous owners' lack of diligence. However, I really wanted the property, so Rick found the right mortgage broker, worked with legal counsel and government agencies to fix the problems, did a courtesy CMA for the VA appraiser to value the property correctly, and stayed on the title company and seller's agent to keep deadlines in a very tricky sale. So due to his effort I got a beautiful home and an asset that has fit very nicely with my goals. He even got me in touch with good contractors to fix the property up after the sale. If you are a veteran or multi-family investor, or both like in my case, you need to team up with Rick!
