Although I live a long distance from Auburn, I have purchased multiple cars from Evergreen, have had those cars serviced at Evergreen, and have referred several friends and relatives to Evergreen. While no auto dealer (or any business) is perfect, please know that Evergreen's staff has treated me, my family, and my friends with respect, have conducted business with competence and honesty, and have made sure I was satisfied with both my vehicle purchases and service. This is a business that has earned my trust, my repeat business, and my referral to those I care about.

Great buying experience. The sales rep Craig was excellent and listened to what we were looking for. The financial expert Marc was pleasant and made all the paperwork easy to follow and understand. I would (and have) heartily recommend this dealership to friends and relatives.

Great service from wonderful people! We’ve bought 3 Subarus, soon to be 4 from Evergreen and they always go the extra mile to make us happy and make sure we have the car that fits our needs and especially our wants. From the sales floor to the service center they remember our names and make sure even oil changes go as smoothly as possible. Ever grateful for Evergreen.

I bought A wrx sti and traded in my Toyota Venza witch had only 60 k on it and nothing wrong. I been to the garage 5 different times with this car with major issues that were your fault and you covered it with out any problems but now I had a another problem that I had to fix my self when it was something that had to been with who ever messed with the brakes last witch wasn't me. I called back to speak with a manager and they said they would look into it and see if there's anything they could do. Never got a call back and I end up having to take my car somewhere else and get the problem caused by y'all and get it fixed. Well 300 bucks later I got it fixed and now I'm just waiting on the next thing that's going to happen. Never will I buy another car from evergreen Subaru again I wish I just kept my Toyota. Thanks for never calling me back to that manager I will never recommend anybody there and having a sti people ask those questions very often. Thanks for selling a car with nothing but problems.

I recently bought a used Subaru Forester from Evergreen and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and walked me through the process with ease. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and they made it so simple and easy to understand. I have owned 2 other Subarus that I did not buy from them but Evergreen was my local Subaru dealer so I would go to them for service and it was always great! The service manager Joel is always friendly and helpful. They have recently implemented a express service center where you don't have to make an appointment to get your oil changed as long as you own a Subaru. All in all this is a great place to buy and service your vehicle, I will never go anywhere else.

Very friendly staff; Angie sold us our car and we had a great experience with her! The whole process was very easy at Evergreen, from exploring new and used vehicle options to eventually purchasing and driving off the lot.

The guy who waited on me was very nice. It took almost 2 weeks to get my car in there, and when I got it there, most of the fixes they made either didn't work or were "temporary" fixes. Not what I was expecting.

My check engine light came on in my car. I brought my car to their service department and they were excellent and took care of it under warranty. Very friendly and fast service!
