service on my 2004 dodge ram 1500
needed a new water pump. After install I drove truck home. next day water pump still leaked Puddle.
OK LEE someone messed up my waterpump.
I returned the truck they said a pressure test needed to be proformed on the coolant system to make sure of no leaks.
drove truck home after, next day still leaked a puddle.
Returned truck again explained leaking again. mechanic said bad hose mabe shrug, I said why wasnt it bad yesterday during pressure check. Long story short they are not good at repairs. or makeing customers happy.
will never buy from them.
