  I love pulling up in Speedway every morning and seeing all your trucks parked all over the place and your employees casually walking around smoking blunts with each other. That's professionalism right there

  Everdry waterproofed our home in 2015, and it's made a tremendous improvement: no more water in the basement and the musty smell is gone. Then yesterday evening (Sunday, July 2) the sump pump they installed eight years ago began running incessantly. I called, a live person answered and told me that someone would get back to me. Even though they were officially closed today (July 3) and tomorrow for the holiday, I spoke to Mike around 7 this morning and he told me they had someone on call who would come over around 9.
  
  Bill Bowman arrived as promised and not only replaced the float to correct the immediate problem, he also improved several other things covered under the "master service warranty" for which we pay $75/year. This was the first problem we've had in the eight years, and we REALLY appreciated that we didn't have to wait until after the holiday to get this fixed. (I had been setting an alarm to plug it in every once in a while, so the motor wouldn't burn out.)
  
  Both Bill and Mike seemed to genuinely care about our predicament and want to help - which they did.

  Installed perimeter drain around foundation years ago and tried to skip a whole section around my house so don’t have to break up concrete even though they said they would. Assured me it would end my crawlspace moisture and water and didn’t. Don’t let them trick you with different price because of extra material it’s a scam. Also the warranty you have to pay every year to them even if ya don’t have a sump pump. Go with any other company I wish I did. They also destroys all bushes around my house when said they wouldn’t be damaged.

  This company came out to repair and waterproof my basement. Yes the waterproofing system works, but now I have moisture throughout my basement floors. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE. And the problem still exists. It’s ironic how I haven’t spoken with the owner after at least 20 attempts in the past year!!!!

  Wish I would have went with another company that actually delivered what they said they would when I agreed to have a drain tile installed in my basement.
  I had a few plumbers look at the work completed and they were astonished that I paid over 12k for this work.
  I let them know I was looking to redo my basement in hopes of renting it but needed to be waterproofed first. They ten installed 2 sump pumps in bedrooms and didn't even utilize the closet space. The pipes stick out and they take up a huge amount of space which is terrible for renting.
  I still had water coming up after the job was completed and waiting for them to fix their issue. I couldn't be more upset about their work and when I let them know, they were very dismissive. They were also supposed to compensate me for not having water for a day after they hit a water line and couldn't get it turned back on. That never happened.
  *STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! *
  I am starting litigation against them and when I told them, they said, I should. See you in court then!
