I had a tire blowout from abnormal wear on one spot of my front tire. It was really deep and through the belts. The worn spot was on the inner side of the tire so I didn't notice it. I showed it to the salesperson because I thought it would be something that could be narrowed down based on the wear pattern. His response was, "it could be the alignment". It sounded a lot more like speculation than certainty.

After my car had been pulled out of the bay and I was paying, he then said that my alignment was really bad. I'm getting ready to leave and he finally commits to the alignment needing adjustment. It would have been nice to tell me this while they're still working on the car instead of when I'm ready to leave.

I went to a different shop on my way out of town to get the alignment done. They did all 4 wheels and charged $15 less. You'd think Evan's would give you a good deal after buying 4 tires but that isn't the case.

I asked them how bad the alignment was after they completed it. His response was that it wasn't very bad. Just a little bit out of alignment. Sure, I needed to get the alignment done because of the new tires but it wasn't 'really bad' and doesn't explain the abnormal wear\blowout.

I didn't drive away from Evan's with a lot of confidence in their expertise or diagnosis. I feel like they used the abnormal wear as an excuse to up sell the alignment while ignoring the true cause. A little bit out of alignment isn't likely to cause the one spot wear that occurred.

Too high of lavor cost. Said they wouldnt touch my vehicle unless i paid 2 hours over the Labor time. Since i have worked at numerous car dealers and numerous car shops. Im not stupid but they wanna try to take advantage of the hard working people.

First of all of like to say I don't know very much about motor vehicles so if I'm wrong I apologize beforehand for my ignorance but the prices here seem really high. I went in to have two tires replaced and to get an alignment yesterday because I had really uneven wear on my tires. Total cost was 298 dollars the tires cost a total of 140 I was told if I bought one in would get one free the alignment was 60 dollars so I paid and extra 98 dollars to have 2 tires put on. I wish that was the end of it but once my truck was on the lift I was informed that my control arms were busted and I needed to replace them. My truck is my livelihood so again I agreed even though now the price had gone from 300 to 1500 dollars. They probably sensed that I was desperate and in would agree to whatever price they asked. My fault entirely but if anybody out there was considering this place just know that in total I paid around 700 for parts(one tire and two lower control arms) and the alignment and the other 800 dollars I paid in labor my truck was there from 12:30 to around 4 so these mechanics charge around 200 dollars an hour for their work. Did I get ripped off I still don't know but if this information helps anybody out there make a better or more informed decision then I'm happy.

I had a great experience with Evans. Call for a quote for 4 new tires with 2 tires free special and set up an appointment. Service was prompt/courteous and there was no hidden fees. Would recommend to those needing new tires.

Service is very slow here. I came in for service at 9:15am for new tires and didn't leave until 12pm. Other than slow service my experience was ok.

These guys are great. Although,the first time I went in it was with a coupon for an oil change, I have gotten some decent prices without a coupon on subsequent visits. Good service so came back for another oil change and then brakes. Couldn't pass up the buy 2, get 2 tires deal and saved about $300. It's not Jiffy or Econo lube so no high pressure up-selling and no laundry list of "recommended" services every time I walk in. The Manager Jose hustles to get you written up quick and get your car in soon after. Not sure on the turn around time since I live a block away and just drop off and pick up later.

Open Sundays!!! Nobody is open Sunday!

Have been a customer for over 4 years have always had excellent service I have very strong trust on service agents and Management team. Sometimes they might take a little longer on repairs, but I prefer them taking their time and repairing my car right the first time no need to worry about mistakes at all.
