Asked to have fluids changed etc and fix idle problem from old gas. Almost $300 and went to sell it and problem was not fixed. Hopefully they changed fluids. Lost money on the sale. Woman (owner's wife? ) at counter, Complete ass. Get some customer service training. Bought my new UTV somewhere else. I Changed brands as well. Never again. Please Don't waste my time or your time with writing an bs response. There is no excuse. Go to Tomahawk sports center. Great place with awesome service.

Sales has been top rate. Techs are spot on with answering my questions. They even trailered my new RZR to the county highway for me so I could drive it home.

Between Erv's and Polaris representatives, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my sled. Seven weeks and $750 later, I got a snowmobile back that isn't any better. Their service advisor wouldn't let me talk to the owners regarding how disappointed I was. Weeks later I went back to find out from one of the salespersons that my sled was a "laughing stock" within the doors of Erv's Sales and Service.
