DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! First they are extremely unorganized. I had to wait over an hour to pick up a jet ski we called days ahead to reserve. They had put down the wrong day so of course it wasn't ready when we arrived. We rented the jet ski for one day and after we returned it they charged my cc $140 for damage that they never called to tell me about, just snuck it in the invoice. They stated that the battery had come loose and broke a water coupling inside the engine compartment and that I must have hit a wave too hard?!?!?! Isn't that what a wave runner is designed for?!?! Clearly the battery wasn't secured properly by the mechanics and the battery tie downs are DESIGNED FOR THIS. Even speaking with a different powersports shop they agreed. I argued this to Shoeder's and even though the mechanic told me he's never seen this happen before, because I was the renter, I was responsible and he refused to negotiate on the damage costs. Very disappointed, never taking my business here again.
