Called the store on Weds to ask about if the 2017 Ornament book was in. Got a curt answer , no it isn't. Asked when it may be in was told I don't know.
Called again this Friday starting about 7:30 P and no one answered the phone for three tries. Supposed to be open until 8 P.
Extremely poor customer service. Is the store even open anymore?
I usually spend between $300 and $400 on ornaments each year and feel that the owner needs to respond to this review,response / report this review -
