A great place for fan of acrylic nails in city. Staff did my acrylics nails very beautiful and I couldn't be happier. The place is brand new and very clean. I give them 5 solid stars.

Have had several pedicures here that were fine to good depending on service provider but had powder nails/polish and did not like the service. Was told the polish would be soaked off when nails grew out but when needed, it was ripped off by Jay with a nail tip, then sanded with a drill although I told him I didn’t want the drill used. I am not sure if he didn’t understand or just ignored me. He kept saying, “drill not hurt”. Ripped off layers of my nails with powder!! It has been several weeks and my nails are so thin that they break off as soon as they grow out of the quick. Will take months to recover! Also had a pedicure by Jay and he was so rough that it was painful, not enjoyable. Need someone there to communicate with customers in English. Will not be going back!

If I could give no stars I would. Got a full set, showed the nail technician what I wanted which was very simple and he couldn’t even get the colors right and when I told him that wasn’t the right color he argued with me and didn’t even offer to fix it. He also kept insisting I get gel color and I told him multiple times I did not want gel polish and just realized he charged me for gel anyways. Have tried to give this place several chances to redeem themselves but this time did me in and I will not be back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone else!!

After read good reviews, I decided to check out Elife nail spa once. This salon really knew how to pamper.
I was offered a complimentary drink as soon as sat down a chair. VERY GOOD! They also had a lot of new nail polishes to choose from. The end result, My manicures are so beautiful.
I would definitely recommend this place to my relatives. And highly RATING!response / report this review -

I found Elife nail spa after searched on google. I felt here more delectable.
It's like over an hour of heaven with complimentary water. The staffs were accommodating and friendly. They had awesome relaxing pedicures. My nails don't cracks or chips.

Elife nail spa IS THE BEST NAIL SALON THAN ANY OTHERS ELSE. I felt this place was excellent.
The appointments were kept in a timely fashion. The only place where my manicure would last more than a week. As everyone says, the staff was friendly. I feel that they have great prices for the good services.
I will for sure go back next week to get some fakes put on!Gives them 5 stars !!Love them!

Pricing at this salon seems to vary from day to day and technician to technician. I feel as if they charge you based on what they think you will pay not based on your actual service. Be prepared to be pushed towards more expensive services and to still be over charged if you decline. I am sad about the inconsistent pricing, because otherwise I am generally happy with the results.

Wow I am extremely satisfied with this Elife Nail Spa in Bristol
The nail staffs are really good and friendly! They were very friendly and did a thorough job on my gel nails. They were removing the prior gel polish and helped me pick a color that I love?? It turned out great! Great customer service. Quality product. Excellent technique!
I never got so many compliments on my nails. Definitely coming back for more colors and fills!

This was my 2nd time going, the 1st time I had a nice pedicure, no issues other than they wanted to continually sale me more and more.
My 2nd and LAST time was definitely not worth it. I wanted a full set of acrylic and I advised the tech of that, but she did what she thought would be best without asking. I told her I needed them short bc I am a nurse, with no regards to my several attempts to go shorter, she said no this will look better. After an unexpected $62 later, I now have gel nails that are extremely long with wide tips that some are thicker than others and after only a week my cuticles are showing, bc she decided not to push them back! I am not happy at all, I would go and get them removed, but this was a Christmas present from my family. If you want a nice set this is not the place for youresponse / report this review -

I think they have a little bar with gallons of cheap wine hoping you will get drunk and not notice how awful your nails look and how much you are being overcharged!!! When I brought it to the managers attention, who was also my nail tech, that my hands were covered in glue and the gel polish was all over my cuticles and under my nails I was told that it was my fault because I must have not held my hand under the light to dry them in the correct way. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I am a local restaurant manager that comes in contact with 100's of people everyday and if given the opportunity I will discourage anyone else from going there.

I am giving a 3 star rating because I had decent service. The lady who serviced me was very sweet, but it wasn't what I expected. I waited with my friend for a while and they were very busy so it's expected and I completely understand. I had the spiral notebook with pricing in front of me and she asked which one I wanted and I told her I wanted the $20 manicure with sugar scrub regular polish and a massage (it's all included). My friend was getting gel polish and I was helping her pick her color. My manicurist tells me to pick a gel color and I told her I only had enough for my package with normal polish. She told me it would be the same price so I picked one of those. She did my nails with that and then put oil on my cuticles and said thank you, go wash your hands I was thinking I would come back and she would finish, but she had moved on to something else.. So I walk up to pay and I notice there is still excess polish on the skin around my nails and two of them seem to have fuzz underneath and have bubbled up. I usually do my own and I will go back to only doing it myself.. Again, very nice lady, but not what I went in for

I love this nail salon! I have visited many nail salons over the years and out of all of them this place is absolutely amazing! They may be a little pricey, however the service they render cannot be matched anywhere else. They know how to take care of their customers. I will never visit another nail place as long as they are in business.
