I was in town for business, from out of state (Michigan). Amanda did a great job with my hair and beard to have it clean for work presentations. She was very enjoyable and fun to talk to. I'd highly recommend Amanda if you're in the Fayetteville area.

It is relaxing 😊 Amanda is amazing !!! She really has a knack for making you feel special . She is awesome with your hair and knows just what to do .I always leave there happy with my hair and feeling good . I take my granddaughter there now also and my husband goes there to . We all love it !!!

Seriously. The. Best. I've been looking for a place like this and a stylist like Amanda for as long as I've lived in Fayetteville. Every single time I go, I leave feeling totally gorgeous and special. The space is natural, minimal, and modern which only adds to the appeal.

Wonderful relaxing environment .. I have never had a bad experience with Amanda. She is very professional and knows just the right color mixtures and also remembers the changes I do each season. She is the only person my son will let touch his hair and my daughter loves her to pieces. This salon is highly recommend if you are looking for a professional, calm & relaxing environment.

Highly recommend!!! If I could give 10 stars I would gladly do it! Amanda in particular is so skilled and can create natural color like a magician. Her dedication to excellence is well known and her constant desire to learn is shown by her commitment to keeping current and going the extra mile. I cannot give a higher recommendation!

This is the most AMAZING salon ever!! The atmosphere when you walk in the door is low key and calming!! The decor is gorgeous!! The 3 beautiful stylists are all so knowledgeable and helpful with picking the best look for each client. Heather has been doing my hair for years and always goes above and beyond!!!! If you're looking for a high quality salon that is run by true professionals then the only place to go is Element!!!!

This salon is amazing! If you are looking for a one of a kind experience, this is the place to go! Amanda and her team poured their hearts into making the salon unique and it shows! I fell in love with the rustic feel and the abundance of natural light from the extra large windows. The girls are very tentative to your requests, and always get my entire family in for regular appointments. You will not be disappointed! Element is a must visit!!!

Amanda is 100% professional. She has styled my and my daughter' hair for over 7 years and, she is nothing but quality. Her new salon, Element, is beautiful, classy, and refreshing. I could not get over the beauty and peace of the space. She and her business partner, Heather, blew me away when styling and doing my daughter's makeup for her Homecoming. I give her info out constantly when friends or random strangers ask me where I get my hair done.

This is an incredible salon! Amanda Schall was able to give me better results than what I even asked for. She explained everything to me and set a great balance to what I was initially asking for based off of my hair's condition. All of the stylists greeted me as soon as I walked through the door making it such a welcoming environment. Courtesy wine, tea, or coffee was offered to me as I sat down along with little pastries. The salon gives off a very chic, high end feel without feeling pompous or robbing you blind. One of the best parts about this salon is the art for sale on the walls by local artists. I can't say enough.just see for yourself. Thank you Amanda, I can't wait til my next appointment!
