Maybe I'm not knowledgeable about the facets of a night club versus a strict concert venue, but I came here to see a band I love, top billed headliner, but they didn't even hit the stage until 12:45 AM, after we got there at 10 PM. Opening dj's were fine but they played wayyyy too long, too the point where we were legitimately pissed off, and the band we were there to see played wayyyy too short. Don't know if this was management or someone else's fault, but my friends who came with were so tired that they left early before the band we came to see finished. I guess this is all fine if it's what's you expect but we had no idea that we weren't going to be able to see what we came to see until 3 full hours after the doors opened. Lights and audio in the place were good, drinks are overpriced. I guess I would say that if you're more into concerts for the sake of the music maybe this isn't the best place for you? I don't know. Only been there once, likely won'the be back again. With adjustments to the set list of musical artists we would have had much more fun than we did.

Cover was $30. Music was garbage. The crowd was not enthusiastic. I regret everything. Reading other reviews you can see 100% of the fun is dependent on the crowd you bring. The venue itself is a cool as Joe Biden left alone with a teenager.

I would say sketchy place i have ever been. They allow 18 years old people inside. They pretend like they don't sell alcohol to under 21 years guys. But after 12 o'clock even bar tenders doesn't know who is getting drinks and who is not. Under age people get drunk and they go crazy and you feel like everybody is zombie around you. Bc underage people they got drunk af.

First time coming here with my girls, and we had a blast. Played lots of different kinds of music! Bathroom was clean, staff seemed nice, overall experience was pretty good!
Side note- if you are a lady/feminine, be careful. Like many clubs, men tend to touch you even if you don't want to be touched. I didn't knock off a star for this, simply because the club isn't at fault.
I would come again, regardless of the experience with some jerks.response / report this review -

Great night here dancing with my friends and a random group of people. Having three separate open bars was nice as I never had to wait to get a drink. The drinks were all over $5, which is average for a downtown night club. The staff was very relaxed and polite.

In and outdoor dance areas/stages and bars. Entrance fee is a bit pricey but with the right group of friends you will absolutely have a blast!

I celebrated my birthday here last night. This place was what I wanted and more! The lights, the atmosphere, the dancers up in the air, the fireworks, the music and the drinks were all great. Even everyone who worked here had great attitudes. The shot girl Josie was really down to earth, nice and fun. I didn't want to leave! Where some flat shoes ladies. It was rarely places to sit but here you wouldn't want to sit down. There's a separate outside area for smoking but it has an bar and a dj on that side. This place made my birthday epic! Thanks club elecktricity!

They were amazing. I won a free VIP booth and honestly I was so happy with my experience. They did have a few technical difficulties but really they handled them so well trying to make them best time for everyone. I definitely recommend coming here!!!

The Electricity club in Pontiac is a pretty good club. Friday and Saturday are the best nights to go. The attendants on Sunday is really low. With that being said, the people are really friendly. The drinks are at a decent (NOT ALL OF THEM ARE LIKE THAT) Honestly, if they treat the females like trash, they need to get kicked out. There is a awesome out side smoking area for the people who do smoke. All in all, It is a good club.

Personally, it is very hard to find a fun club that is not 21 and overthis place is AMAZING it was super fun and the music and djs were great. I really liked the fact that 18 and older is allowed there. One of the best clubs i have ever been to. It was well worth the 3 hour trip from Cleveland to get there.
