I went in to grab some meat, and noticed the ladies in the back were wearing gloves, which is good but then I noticed they were grabbing uncooked chicken then grabbing uncooked fish the back to uncooked meat all with the same gloves how disgusting and unsanitary! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET MEAT FROM HERE! FYI I'VE BEEN TO 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS I DON'T KNOW HOW THERE OPEN

Pros: you can get some amazing deals. Produce is super cheap on Wednesdays. Store is stocked with a wide variety of your favorite Mexican groceries, like Mexican candies, meats and cheese.
Cons: THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS PACKED. parking lot is congested. To get cheese or meats from the butchers can take a while. The employees who stock the produce are usually always angry and rude due to the high volume of customers and the fast pace that stocking is required at. I've actually witnessed a few of the employee's snap at customers in the produce area for either dropping produce on the ground and for getting produce while they are trying to stock. And the cashier's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. All their checkout lines are usually always open but the lines at checkout are insanely long. Idk if the answer is more employees since they seem to have a good amount of staff, the problem seems to be the amount of people at the store at a time.

There's usually always vendors outside selling homemade tamales or tortillas. Come when you have time. Not convenient for a quick stop

A LOT OF PEOPLE ,ESPECIALLY IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE EVENING LOL . BUT THE STAFF ARE ALL NICE - SOMETIMES THEY DON'T HAVE FULL STAFF IN THE CASHIER SECTION SO BE PREPARED TO WAIT IF YOU COME LATE TO BUY GROCERIES LOL . OH AND THEY DON'T CARRY SWEET POTATOES :(

The most awful place to shop but sometime you have no choice! The product is great and so are prices. The customer service it's what brings El Super down. The meat department is the worst!!! I have waited almost an hour, I am not joking, to get helped. It's frustrating. Specially when it's the weekend and only one or two people calling numbers while there atleast a good 50+ ppl waiting to get helped. Sometime produce workers are bad too. They're chatting with people while you wait for them to bring out more produce and still have the audacity to say oh sorry I was having a conversation. No, you get payed to work and meet the customers needs 1st, once you're on break, go ahead and chat all you want!!! Not to mention, register lines are never ending! That's another 40 minutes in line!!! The cashiers are nice though. Better than Wal-Mart cashiers!

I think this place would get a bad rating simply for its location, but it has great prices, good products, and the customer service team seems to care about its store. They have a great selection of Mexican products, foods and made meals to go.

Registers are super fast and friendly . In the meat department prepare yourself to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes to be help they are so busy I waited 25 minutes just to get the meat I need it other than that good service

Some things are a good bargain if they are in sale, but be careful with things that are not in sale, they can be very pricy if you don't know how to compare sale prices from other stores.

There were only 2 or 3 cashiers during evening dinner rush so the lines were just outrageous! Kudos to the rockstar cashiers for working fast as lightening and doing their very best to get everyone checked out as quickly as possible. The prices were great and I was able to get everything I needed.

This location is usually very busy throughout the day. Best time to avoid big lines is very early 7 AM or after 8 PM. Is somewhat stocked most of the time if you can't find something they'll have it on the back. You will find good deals on vegetables every Wednesday and Thursday's is meat day.
