I had been going to this place for years. I have had a bunch of services done here, and had been satisfied up until this last year. They have really gone downhill and need better business ethics. Especially Dr. Punia. After spending thousands upon thousands of dollars at Abloom med spa over the years for different services he recommended I do the vampire facial for the lines under my eyes. $500 later the lines are still there and my face was bruised for a week, and it was the most painful thing I've ever been through. And I couldn't leave my home for a week because my face was so bruised and red, and swollen. I told Dr. Punia that I was upset that I spent $500 for literally nothing, and since I have been a good customer for years I asked him if he could please do something for me since the vampire facial literally did nothing, like credit me half of that or do some other procedure. He said no. But then he recommended that I do fillers under my eyes for another $500. So I agreed to try that. Literally my eyes still look exactly the same. So I have now spent $1,000.00 alone at this place to get rid of lines under my eyes that Dr. Punia promised would be gone if I did both of those treatments, and yet the lines under my eyes are still there. Like I can't even claim that my eyes look even 1% better after paying Dr. Punia one thousand dollars for those two procedures. So then I asked Dr. Punia if he could somehow credit me for the filler that he put under my eyes that he promised would take away the lines. Because that 2nd procedure that he recommended didn't work either, and because this was the second procedure that he recommended that I do for the lines under my eyes and the 2nd procedure he was wrong about/dishonest about. Yet he kept my money again because his answer to me was "No." again. And this just doesn't sit well with me at all. I've been a loyal, and good customer to Dr. Punia and Abloom Med Spa for years. I have spent thousands of dollars there. But I've had two procedures that were a total waste of money and that I didn't get what I paid for with. And being that I'm a loyal customer that's spent a lot of money at Abloom, it's really upsetting to me that Dr. Punia couldn't do anything as far as some sort of compensation for the under eye procedures that I trusted would work because that's what he promised me, and that I paid for and didn't get what he said I would get out of it at all. So I have now wasted $1,000.00 of my hard earned money for my eyes to look exactly the same way that they looked before I did those two procedures at Abloom Med Spa that Dr. Punia promised would make those lines under my eyes go away. To me, that is stealing money. I feel like Dr. Punia essentially stole my money. I put faith in what Dr. Punia promised me, not once, but twice. He promised that these lines would be gone if I tried both procedures. Neither one of the procedures even diminished 1% of the lines under my eyes. I would have been satisfied if it at least diminished even half of them. But the two procedures diminished NONE of the lines, and Dr. Punia took $1,000.00 of my money for literally nothing. I am completely done with this place. I feel like they stole from me basically. And I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this place and Dr. Punia couldn't even give me a little bit of credit for the two procedures that I paid a lot of money for that literally did nothing that he promised it would do for me. I'm done with this place. If I were you I wouldn't go here. The doctor will promise you that something will be done and he will take your money, and then when his promise doesn't happen, and you try to talk to him about it, he won't care. Just do yourself a favor and don't waste your money like I did with Dr. Punia at Abloom Med Spa, and just go somewhere else. Find a doctor that actually cares, and who tells the truth, and who listens, and who has ethics.

My wife had lip injections done here. After the DR did the initial injections there was still some product left and he said he would save it for the follow up appt incase he needed to inject the rest. She went to the follow up appt this morning and met with the DR and told him that she wasn't happy with the initial injections and she would like to use the rest of the product that he supposedly saved. When he looked for her product it was no where to be found and she asked what her options were. His response was pay $375 for more product although she only needs it in the bottom lip. After paying around $500 for what she got, paying more is not an option for something the DR failed to save. As a business owner myself I would never treat my customers this way, I would eat the small amount of cost to ensure my customers return and give more referrals, but that wasn't the case with this place. I'm extremely disappointed in the outcome of this and will never recommend or return to this place.

Amazing staff and service. I have been with abloom for over 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. Got a recent laser treatment by Kimmy and by far it was the best one I had in 8 years. She is a great tech and made the whole procedure so stress free and quick. Love this place!

I moved from California and searched online for a medi-spa, thank god I found this place, the staff is soooo friendly and make me feel comfortable, I've had Voluma, Juvederm, 3 vampire facials and now I'm going for my fotofacials with Trisha! She is amazing..I highly recommend Abloom. I drive 45 miles and will continue even though there are many places closer..

Mandi R. Is the most knowledgable, honest, most amazing esthetician I've ever had. She takes the time to educate and come up with a skin care plan that's perfect for each individual person and makes adjustments to meet all needs. My face feels wonderful, because of her and my new products are improving my skin daily. She also does my laser hair removal. I trust no one else. Abloom is clean, nice, and inviting. I love Abloom Med Spa!

Being 50 years old, I am losing volume in my face and hands. Thanks to Dr. Punia and the wonderful staff at Abloom, my face is looking much clearer, firmer and younger.

As I noticed facial improvements with anti-aging treatments, I realized my hands were looking very aged. I had lost firmness and plumpness and they looked bony , with veins showing. Thankfully a product used to increase volume in the face called Radiesse has recently been approved by the FDA for treating hands.

I recently received a hand rejuvenation treatment at Abloom. The Radiesse is injected with a very small gauged needle into the hands and used to plump them up where they have lost volume. There is a small pinch when the needle goes in but the actual injection is relatively pain free. I did have a little swelling and a small amount of bruising, however these resolved quickly. My hands now look as great as my face!

I was impressed as soon as I walked into Abloom with their lovely clinic. I was greeted immediately and welcomed. My technician, Trisha, was wonderful in explaining the procedures I was interested in. I went back a few days later for laser hair removal and am extremely pleased with the results of the first session. I will be going back for more treatments, and have set up treatments for the vampire face lifts. I also met the doctor that owns the clinic and was very impressed with him.

HIGHLY recommended! I've been to Abloom Medical Spa twice for photo facial treatments and I'm so pleased. Mandi really got to know me and was so informative about the treatment and the best way to care for my skin. The results of the first treatment were tremendous! My skin tone evened out so much. I just had my second treatment last Saturday and I can see improvements continuing. Mandi and everyone at Abloom are friendly, professional and go the extra mile to make it a great experience. I can't wait for my next treatment!
