Went in for a check engine diagnostic and they found the problem, i paid what they asked up front and they told me it'll be ready in a week. They gave me my vehicle a month later, after many calls and texts asking when it will be ready, with trash in the cab and a broken antenna. I had to wait an extra 5 days for them to fix it. Not recommended for big jobs.

Excellent ! Recommend ! My wife and I both use this mechanic shop, most of the time. They do not claim to be experts on automotive electrical, but otherwise, they know their business.

This shop is completely lacking professionalism, communication, and transparency. The work took 4 times longer than I was quoted, was not finished, and the work that had been done was poor quality. The doors were not functioning properly when I picked the car up, so i had to take it to a different shop to fix the shoddy work (more time, more money). Save yourself the headache and find a better shop.

El Renegado body shop does absolutely fantastic work. They go above and beyond for their customers. Hugo and Bobby were extremely helpful and communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. They got a nasty dent out of my vehicle, making it look absolutely brand new, and also removed some other nasty scratches that had been on the vehicle for a while.
When we arrived the owner, Bobby, was outside and immediately attended to us and gave us an estimate within 2 minutes, which was very reasonably priced. The shop was backed up due to the winter storm, which caused a slight delay, but they came through with absolutely top notch work, which is the most important part.
Would absolutely recommend this shop again and again!response / report this review
