This place is was very knowledgeable, he didn't know the answers I asked he actually did research from others and called me back with the answer I was needing, he actually recommended a different route to save me money, very honest place I think

Alternator failed on the highway just outside of Anaconda, rolled into town. Local outfit towed us into the shop. The team here treated us amazingly well and got a double repair done on the alternator and a radiator issue in great time, getting parts overnighted two days in a row. Very pleased with the service, very nice and friendly.

Called for an road side assistance, tire replacement on my semi truck, and initially I spoke with a guy and came to an agreement, being said they supposed to have one guy out within one hour, after one and a half hour I was called by the road side mechanical guy saying that they are busy to come over after a long conversation we had, he kept asking me questions about tire and stuff just for ending with “we are too busy to come over despite first guy you talked to said completely different things”.
Do not recommend this company for road side work because they don’t have respect for people who needs help on the road and just wasting their time. So wasted 2h on the side of the road just for waiting for my road service never coming. Irresponsible and disrespectful.response / report this review -

Super pleased with the customer service. I’ve gone here a few times. Brakes. Tires. And some other work. I will definitely be coming back. The young gentleman was very helpful in getting things setup for me to come in to get work done. Also I see him help the elderly by explaining a bit about their vehicles and the issues. And the young gal was great at keeping me posted on the work being done. In a small town word by mouth does go a long way. And so far I wouldn’t say a bad thing about this place. And the prices are fair.

Horrible customer service, long wait. Will never use this business in the future. In this small town word of mouth goes along way. The owners arrogance is off the chart, In the future when conversations arise about tires I will be sure not to have a good word to say about this business. I called the other tire place in town and had needs met in under two minutes. I will take my business there in the future.
