Poor communication. I called on behalf of my wife as she was driving. Needed an iPhone 11 screen replaced. I was very specific about the phone and mentioned it was NOT a pro. Price would be $80 and it would be 45 minutes. Not a problem. Wife shows up, $275 and they want and additional $20 expedite fee to get it done in 45 minutes. What!?!?!?!?!

Took my note 5 to them for screen replacement. Paid 421.00
Since then my phone will say no sim card 4-5 times a day and have to be restarted.
My screen will freeze up or where the keyboard is suppose to be will be black.
On top of that I have I have charging issues. Even went out and bought new Samsung chargers. One minute it will fast charge the next it wont. Very frustrated.

Update: screen would not respond to touch, only stylus. Took it back in and they told me it was a faulty screen. They fixed it and didn't charge me for express service due to last time taking over an hour despite me paying for it.
The only complaints is they didn't transfer tempered glass and forgot to put some card/tray back in.

VERY SLOW & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I found this place on Google today. I called before I came in and asked about selling my iPad Mini. They were helpful over the phone. I get inside and there are two employees. I get behind the line that has only one person. When that person leaves, the employee walks away knowing I was standing there. She left for almost 15 minutes, so I switched to the other longer line. I finally get helped and the process of selling my iPad Mini for ONLY $20 was not worth the wait!!! When the sale was finished and they gave me my money, their system shutdown and they couldn't give me my receipt. I told them I didn't need a receipt but they said I had to have it for the sale to be final. This entire process took an hour. It was ridiculous!!!

I had my daughter's iphone screen repaired March 4, 2017 when she dropped it while we were on vacation. The phone worked great until two weeks ago. The screen started glitching out. Half would be dark, half would be bright white. I took off the case to compare it to my phone which is when I realized they didn't put the screws back into the bottom of the phone. They probably assumed I would never notice with the case on. After realizing there was nothing different about her phone and mine besides the missing screws, I contacted Genius Phone Repair to mail it for warranty work. As a side, the mail in center for repairs is at a store in Grand Rapids, MI. It does not go back to the store that repaired it. The guy I talked with via email was polite. I sent the phone in and once they had it I got a call from them telling me the phone wasn't covered under warranty because the screen was scratched. So it seems to me the Mishawaka store put on a used piece of glass and covered it up with the screen protector. And let’s not forget about the screws they never replaced in the bottom of the phone. I am guessing my repair went down this way because they knew I was from out of town. I'm sure if you are local you would be fine going here. Up until about 2 weeks ago I would have given this store 5 stars. Turns out they took advantage of somebody passing through town and I did not realize it until recently.

I had great luck at this store. Shattered my iphone glass. took it in and within 30 minutes they called me and it was fixed. Price was reasonable i recommend this place highly !! thanks Guys !

The power button of my Nexus 5 was broken. Took it to genius at 11am for a free diagnosis and by 5pm the phone was repaired and ready. Awesome service and speedy. Would most likely come back here for all my mobile devices repair needs

When I was referred to them, I didn't expect to be impressed, but I was extremely satisfied with my visit. I was greeted and assisted right as I walked in the door and found exactly what I was looking for. The phone was at an amazing price that I could not pass up, and I received a deal for the case and screen protector. The employees were very friendly,professional, and fast. I definitely recommend for anyone purchasing a phone or getting theirs repaired. I will definitely return if need be. BUY THEIR TEMPERED GLASS SCREEN PROTECTORS WHEN THEY OFFER THEM TO YOU! They are around $30 dollars - much less than you would pay for the screen repair!
