Voicemail says open Christmas day at 11:00am but apparently it is noon. Also, they website is out of date and shows 2016.

It’s a nice way to spend the holiday season, LA is so warm, and need some winter vibe for Christmas. I am sure Ice skating at LA Live has better view and look fancy, but Woodland Hills Ice worth the ticket price, and you don’t need to jump into the DTLA traffic if you r local of the Valley. The only complaint would be the locker, they need 3 quarters to run the locker, but sadly many boxes’ lockers r broken and refused to take quarters, so we keep moving our stuff to find the workable locker

No stars really. I've gone twice now during the hours posted on-line and it's closed. I called the number listed, got a recording that said the hours of operation (same as on-line), and left a message saying that it isn't actually open then. Today there was a large group that had shown up to skate and they were all trying to call as well.

Coming here to ice skate once a year is a tradition for my daughter and I. This year it has been a disaster. My daughter is 8 years old, therefore she kind of still had a good time, myself on the other hand did not. We got there around 4 pm (opening time), we bought 2 tickets but when we got to the ice skating rink we realized that it was a pool of water. I complained to the kids (because they are just kids!) at the ticket office, but they kept saying that there was nothing that they could do as far as refunding the money, or at least give a discount. I ended up having to skate hanging around the border of the rink with my daughter, as it was too slippery and at some points impossible to skate, because there was water not ice to skate on. As I said my daughter had a better time that I did, she fell few times in paddles of water and got completely soaked (that's what she enjoyed the most I think), on the other hand I was afraid for her to get hurt. Shame on the new owners, you turned a great operation into garbage.

DON'T GO. An Absolute Disappointment and a Downright Embarrassment for the LA Kings Brand. Dull , rusty and poor fitting skates. Ice bumpy and not being properly maintained. Not a place for kids to learn to skate. Staff is friendly but I won't be coming back or recommend this venue. It used to be better when it was Woodland Hills Ice before it was taken over by LA Kings.

This place used to be awesome when it was Woodland Hills Ice.. Now it belongs to LA Kings and the skates are the absolute worst.. after a few minutes of wearing them they tore up my feet When you check the website for pricing, hours, etc, the website is still directing to Woodland Hills Ice and not the new establishment. Sooo.. that means the hours are different and the pricing is higher, not worth it. Won't be coming back.

Been ice skating there with my wife before we had a child and it was a fun experience!! Now we are attempting to take are almost 3 year old son but the website does not inform you of sizes for ice skate rentals and the phone service is horribly poor with contacting operator and manager! We will have to drive there to find out!!!!
