Friendly staff
Dr. Reviewed my Ct Scan with me, and explained the finding and the plan of care. Answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.
Check out was fast and easy.
I had hope before I came to see Dr. Patti. I've been seeing another doctor but he's too far. So I decided to look for a doctor nearer.
Waitied over one hour in the lobby before I got to wait in the doctor's office. More waiting while Dr. Patti was chatting with lady assistants of their past weekend, could hear that thru the door. Finally, Dr. Patti came in, did some pulling and pushing on legs and arms, asked a few questions. 3 minutes, that's it. Wrote me a prescription for physical therapy. I visted a professional spine doctor because I really wanna know what's causing my back pain, how to correct if I'm doing anything wrong. Dr. Patti didn't answer any of that but said 'well you are at this age' like this is uncurable, just accept it. I'm in my early 30s.
Charged me for 45 minutes, $675. Since they are out of network, of course they can charge whatever they want, and can't negotiate. Even thou they say they spend a great deal of time advocating for and negotiating payment on their website.
Wasted time and money.
I have been in the care of Dr. James Patti at the Edison Spine Center for a number of years now. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by. Dr. Patti is a very knowledgeable doctor and his staff is top notch. When he explains things to a patient he has a great way of breaking it down for you so you fully understand what is going on. I was really nervous before my surgery but he explained what exactly he was going to do and how my recovery would be and it put me at ease. Larry D.
Dr. James Patti is an amazing doctor. The entire office is so pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Patti did my neck surgery in 2019, 2 disc replacement and 1 fusion. He worked his magic and God knows that was a lot of work. But with the grace of God Dr. Patti did the surgery and I have just about full mobility in my neck. The neck procedure will be my lower back. Thank you everyone at Edison Spine Center but especially Dr. Patti for being such an amazing doctor.
Dr. Patti told me today that after my double cervical fusion (C4-C6) done on 11/17/20 that i can stop my bone stimulator that I was using 4 hours per day. I'm fused and can do more just not sky diving. It was great to hear that after having 5 back surgeries in L5-S1 and a failed back fusion. Thank you so very much Dr. Patti!! Yes, I recommend everyone to come to Edison Spine Center. Also, the staff I've gotten to know well and they are very pleasant. Two thumbs up for this gal
