I have purchased several bicycles from Eddy's over the last 25 years. They have a great selection and they stand behind the products that they sell. I recently purchased a new road bike that exhibited some latent production problems. Jimmy (the owner) and his team went above and beyond to address the issues and I completed a century ride the day after my bike was serviced. Support your local bike shop!
Great helpful staff and an enormous selection of bikes. Their mountain bike rental prices are also fairly reasonable and their customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend checking this shop out if you want to buy a bike especially when they are running promotions.
Great place to buy a bike, helpful staff and very knowledgeable! I won't buy anywhere else!
Eddy's Bike Shop has a huge selection of bikes to choose from. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and they helped me find what I needed. I'll definitely be going back for my next purchase or tune up!
Ben was amazing! He went way out of his way to educate me knowing that I wasn't going to buy anything. Because of that one fact I will definitely buy my next bike from Ben at Eddy's! Walmart bikes just don't cut the chowder, so I'm going to destroy my Wally world bike this weekend to have an excellent excuses for me to buy a specialized mountain bike with full suspension! Just don't know how crazy I'll get! I've been building bikes back yard style since I was 4 yrs young and I honestly finally get why really good quality bikes are so expensive. After @icking around with this Wally world bike for so long and seeing the difference for my self I'll be buying my lifetime bike next and yes I said lifetime not season! Ben thanks for not pressuring me and relentlessly hounding me to do something I didn't want. See Ben!! Great guy!!
Great selection of bikes and very helpful staff. Make sure you leave with the right fitting bike. Would definitely come back.
I just bought a Trek 7.2 FX on sale from Eddy's in Stow. I had a fabulous experience and highly recommend their shop. While I was there, I watched one salesperson work extensively with a little girl and her parents who were buying her first two-wheeler with training wheels; another worked with an experienced rider who was shopping for a very high end mountain bike; others worked with customers of every age and description; and Adam worked with me while balancing needs of other customers. He was terrific. He spent all the time needed to listen to, understand, and answer every question I had. He properly fitted the bike for me. He made great recommendations on seats, tools, and a few add-ons. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Eddy's has incredible selections, great prices, and a very knowledgeable staff. They make it clear that they care about every customer. They earned my business and confidence.
I want to thank Brittany, Chris (Mac) and everyone else at Eddy's Bike Shop in Stow for providing an outstanding experience with my new purchase. Everyone was professional, courteous, and patient as I decided on which mountain bike to go with. Both Brittany and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I got. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you can make the drive to the Stow location, go there.
Great customer service story at Eddy's this week. The seat tube broke on my 10 year old Gary Fisher bike the day of The Towpath Century ride I did 2 weeks ago so I had to use my backup bike, a Bianchi Project 3 hybrid from 1995 or so. Turns out there was a lifetime warranty on the frame and Trek ended up giving me a brand new complete bike. Thanks to the Eddy's team for helping me with the warranty and getting me all setup on a new bike.
My girlfriend and I both had separate negative experiences with Eddy's a long time ago. We only went in here today to comparison shop, but were pretty sure we had bikes picked out from another shop already. Brittany and Chris were extremely helpful and Chris even paid extra attention to making sure the sizing of my girlfriend's bike would not aggravate a hip injury. Thanks to Brittany and Chris we both left with bikes. Very happy!
