Best place to get your hair done in the city! And they throw a hell of a party for the 20th anniversary! Major talent in one building! Ladies always nice to me complimenting my hair. My hair is very well taken care of my stylist is always understanding and nice!

I have had my hair done buy one of the beauticians it was not worth the price however I would not recommend the beauticians and the Posh Hair Products are subpar

Will hold back on hair product information just to make a buck! I went in to get a sew-in hairweave. The hairdresser told me where to buy the hair and what kind, but never told me that she would not give me a full sew-in, and then have me come in a week later agreeing to sew in all of the hair weave (completinga full sew-in), but then a week later the hair product got all kinked up, and as I tryed to comb it out, it came off track! I informed the owner of 'Headlines by DeFranco", and she told me it is not up to her hairdressers to know about the hair, only to just put it in! So I wasted my money on a professional to do my hair, but not to know about doing it? I have never had this problem with a hairdresser. I give that kind of business a D rating. We, as patrons should get professional help in full when we go to a professional to get service.

Great salon. Ive tried several salon looking for the right stylist and Ive found Nedra Hatten. Great with my short short hair. Keeps me styled with the latest styles and colors. Very clean salon.

I was so excited to see on YouTube a person that could do a sew in where you can wear your hair up in a ponytail or multiple positions. I decided to fly to Cleveland, rent a car and hotel room to get my hair done. I made my appointment one month in advance because I did not live in Cleveland where the salon is located and the owner who was to do my hair works only Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays at this location. Before my appointment I was called and asked to reschedule because the lady doing my hair wasn't going to be there on the day I had my first appointment. This should have been my first indication to cancel and not spend as much money as I did to get my hair fixed in Cleveland. I reschedule not just once but twice although the second time was me. The salon is nice I watched many beautiful hairstyles walk out the door including hairstyles by the person who did my hair. We consulted on what I wanted and if it was doable. She said she could not give me the vixen sew-in however a sew-in to put my hair in a ponytail which she did but it is very sloppy. The weave does not lay down and my hair barely covers it. I just wish when she saw the process not going as the picture I showed her we could have went in a better direction. $290 down the drain plus travel. I can not remember the last time I was so disappointed with my hair.

Very professional. I love the vibe I get when Im in the shop! Everyone is in a great mood laughing smiling etc the shop is very clean and thats something that makes me feel more comfortable and its elegant as well. I loved my hair!! First time in my life I have kept a Sew in for three months and it still looked nice the hair I bought it from the shop was amazing I washed it, flat iron, braided it everything great quality of hair.I never do reviews but this shop is really nice and if your in Ohio and you want a natural sew in this is the place to go!
