wow what a nice stay on my way from fl.to teen.only thing management needs to work on is front desk staff.clerk was busy doing other things while checking in me,

Filthy, crusty, scary hotel. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. I felt ill just seeing that couch. Everything was stained or dirty. The night time hotel desk staff was rude. She was paying more attention to her boyfriend (assuming that's who the guy wandering around smoking was) than to me when I was attempting to check in. Do not stay here.

Honestly worse customer service ever! My friend and I were driving down from VA and didn't get to Augusta till 1:30 in the morning and we had the hotel booked. So I got in to get us checked in so we can sleep for three hours before having to get on the road again. So as I go inside and tell the gentleman working we are here to check in and give him my name and he proceed to tell me that the lady working earlier tried to call me to tell me that my card was declined and there are no more rooms. This man was not very nice to me after he told me this as i explained to him and showed him my call history log that no one ever tried to get in contact with me and there is no reason for my card to be declined as I never use it. So we had to go find a new hotel at 1:30 in the morning and guess what when I paid with that same card for $107 compare to the $70 i was going to be charged here, it went through just fine with no problems. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My Wife and I stayed here for 4 day and we had a wonderful time the staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was clean. When we first got here we had only one issue the toilet seat was loss and the had it fixed in just a few min. I would stay here again.We are planing on coming back in a couple of months and this is where we are going to stay.

Looks shabby from the outside, but it's a decent place. No roaches, no bed bugs, no issues. Just a cheap and cool hotel.

Last night we stayed the night for one night. And a lot roaches on the bed and toilet. And found beer in refrigerator that's nasty! And this morning we went to the office and told the mgr that we wanted the money back. They said they can give $10 and we said no all money back from what we paid! We will never go. Back there ever again!

Please do not come to this hotel. I would not recomm6this place to my worst enemy 60$ for a room with no TV that workswe noticed no batteries now I see why.and when we called the front desk we were offered a non smoking rooms but we in a smoking room. I will make sure I post a negative reviews daily

There are good people here .wonderful house keepers .the employees keeps there residents happy.but I would love to see them give all residents the breakfast. It's not bad on price

Nice friendly service and if you make online reservations you get the best rooms for price of cheaper rooms. Has a decent breakfast from 6am to 9:30 am. Including toaster waffles at least 3 to 4 times a week. Always cereal, fresh muffins, peacan swirls, bread to toast, fresh coffee, milk, and OJ. Has all HBO channels. Very pet friendly.
